  Dr. ******* ***** and employees of Lexington Plastic Surgeons,The creed that most doctors take has the word ethical in it. It is defined as being in accordance with the rules or standards for right conduct or practice, especially the standards of a *************** you honestly believe your company lives up to these standards that you most likely took an oath to? Not according to the numerous complaints that have been sent to the Better Business Bureau from all your locations of practice across the **** We decided to cancel the scheduled in prior to the fires in *********** and after speaking with your office we were advised that the surgery could not proceed because of the fires and we were entitled to our full refund of $8500.00. Unfortunately, this did not happen. How can you consider yourself a reputable company if you cannot stand by your word? This process has been going on since October of 2024. It appears that you feel comfortable in defrauding your customers. We DO NOT recommend using this companies services as they do not stand by their word! I am glad that we did not use your ************************** but we used another financial entity. Still waiting on our refund or a response as to why you feel you do not owe us ** *****! After numerous attempts to request a refund of the total price of the surgery we paid in advance of $8,500 using our ****** Mastercard, we feel compelled to take this a step further. Numerous attempts to contact your office in ********** have only led to empty promises. In addition to the $8,500 we owe; they have additionally charged us $213.87 for interest accrued so our total we are requesting for reimbursement is $8,713.67. We feel it is our ethical duty to alert others who may be considering using your practice and potentially losing large amounts of money as some already have.******* and ****** *******

  I originally went in for a tummy tuck because I felt uncomfortable with my pouch. Got a consultation, afterwards is where the nightmare began. I scheduled the surgery but was rescheduled three times with three different surgeons. Finally, the owner did the surgery. Came out with a zigzag bikini line. With no directions nor guidance about aftercare I was sent home within that hour. Never saw the surgeon again. It gets worse. Promised massages that never happened. I ended up with a huge seroma. Went to other surgeons for corrective but was denied. Finally went back and got another surgery. In addition, was told that due to all of my terrible experiences that they would do fillers. Scheduled appointment, went in, they put numbing cream on my face to be told it was an error that they could not do. I was told to speak to the consultant. I left due to the anger that I felt. A few minutes later I received a phone call from an employee. She then tells me to schedule another appointment and that she would sit with me as if I am 5-years old. Of course, I left out several details because I have limited character. I am now $14,000 in debt and nothing good came out of this. Still look a mess, my self esteem is at its lowest, I feel hurt, disappointed and have nightmares about this. I should have went with my gut feelings but I didnt. I feel so disgusted with myself that I dont even look in the mirror anymore. They definitely took away the smile from my soul. I wish I would have never done this. Beware of any surgeon but please to not even consider this location. Please.

  Been through the same as stated below. made my deposit and was told to hold my time for surgery and then told by the doctor that i was not a candidate for surgery after making my deposit. This is going on three (#3) years and no refund. Get transfer over to the refund/customer service and they all promised to get this within one month after the phone call ended. NOW IM THINKING OF FILING A LAW SUIT. NOW as I look back and seeing the same to clients encounter the same.

  This business took my $2000 deposit, then told me I needed to clear medically, as I didnt clear medically and have been diagnosed with a medical condition that requires treatment that is very expensive I asked for a refund to help me pay for my treatment. Ive been redirected for the last 5 months about my refund. Im now being punished financially for a medical condition out of my control.

  My daughter had two keloid removal and consultation with her surgeon. After that her treatment plan was not as planned or documented. My daughter experienced a treatment in ******** by another doctor who ******** plastic surgeon company scheduled her. The doctor insisted to give my daughter unwanted ***** treatment in her face when we explained that was not our plan as discussed. Instantaneously the keloid grew with than month after her first treatment. We informed the the ******** plastic surgeons about it and how we told thats not what we consulted for and the keloid has grew since. We never back to ******** and did our next two treatments in ********. At our 3 treatment we had scheduled to see her surgeon and told him what I explained to the nurse at the first and second treatment and that her keloid got really big since the ***** treatment In ********. We had decided we will do one more treatment and if doesnt go down we will then do another surgery. My daughter left upset and stated she doesnt want to do it again. I called the 3 times for someone to come me back so I can get a refund for the negligence of the treatment. To date no has called me back.

  These people are crooks, swindlers. and thieves. I would not recommend these people to my worse enemies. Their advertisements are geared towards the minority demographic. I would advise the transgender girls to be particularly ***** of these crooks as they really prey upon this community. They perform awful plastic surgery on the transgender girls and will charge them to correct the bad plastic surgery that they perform. I really do believe that they deliberately do this to make more money. They perform really bad surgery deliberately and charge for the correction. It is a money making scheme with these crooks. Please, Please stay away from these crooks. Read all the awful reviews about them. I do not understand how they could still be in business. I am one of the patients whom they have disfigured and I am constantly in deep depression over what they have done to my face. I have been going through this mental torture since 2017. I will have a qualified plastic surgeon correct the damage done to my face,

  Dr. ************************* and his practice "Lexington Plastic Surgeon" should be shut down. I wish I had the for sight to check them up on this forum BBB. I went for a free consultation at his office in *********, *****. The ************ Coordinator known as *************************** is the the biggest scam artist ever known. She gives the consultation, and sells ************** as one of the top plastic surgeons ever, the next thing is she quotes a price, and when she notices that you are not able to afford the amount quoted, she gives you the speech about in house financing with Allegro Acceptance. The next step is to give you the speech that deposit is normally $1,000, but for that day there was a special for $500. I was unable to have my scheduled surgery March 2, 2023, due to work issues. I called and emailed on January 24th, 2023, to cancel due to ** issues. I was told I couldn't get a refund on my deposit, and they would cancel. The next thing I knew is on February 24th, 2023 they drafted $200 out of my bank. I have been giving the run around and as of today....no refund. They are the worst ever and very fraudulent.

  Worse experience ever. I had a consultation in October of 2022 scheduled the surgery before Halloween received a call stating it was the wrong date and I would have to reschedule I was told on the phone that it had to be scheduled for December because of the loan i received for surgery but i could call back before 12/10/22 to reschedule since I was not ok with the date being that it is around the holiday and I have children. I called back before the date but could not be given a date during the call because they were unsure of doctors availability, I was told I would receive a call back with an available date. I did not receive this call back until about two weeks later in which they were calling to collect a payment and not reschedule. I explained the situation what i was told and my issue with how they were operating. I was told they would have someone higher up call me back and when I received that call it also was for payment. On this call i explained i would not be able to pay what they were asking for and I asked if these conversations were recorded because it seems as if no one was communicating, I then received a call to reschedule and was asked to directly contact the rep for payment. I called the day of payment the following Monday and Tuesday left messages and by the time the call was returned i was at work and could not answer so they sent a message canceling my surgery. This has been the most stressful and unorganized situation i have ever been in from a doctors office. I have left out a few other details but this can not hold ALL i have to say. I am in need of help PLEASE..

  WARNING! I read so many negative reviews regarding LEXINGTON PLASTIC SURGERY, but I still went ahead and scheduled cosmetic surgery with *** ******. On November 1, 2022, I had liposuction and J Plasma in the neck area. The most disturbing part is I have NOT been examined by *** ******, nor any physician from Lexington Plastic Surgery since my surgery. Every appointment I’ve tried to make to have FOLLOW UP care and/ or treatment has been cancelled. I have NEVER experienced such medical treatment in my life. THE SAD PART IS, I CHOSE LEXINGTON PLASTIC SURGERY BECAUSE IT WAS BLACK OWNED. My advice to everyone is NOT TO SUPPORT, SCHEDULE NOR HAVE ANY AFFILIATIONS WITH THIS PLASTIC SURGERY CENTER. You will NOT receive proper medical care!

  They don't tell you any money you put down like a deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.I only had a Free consultation put a deposit down and then when All the problems started with lack of communication and respect to their patients.Do you really expect to keep someone's hard earn money ($4500) and keep giving me the run around. No!Lawsuit is about to come into play here
