    I won a $2500 portrait session and 11x14 complementary picture of my fianc and I but was pressured into spending over $3400. I called back less than 24 hours to explain that I would like that money refunded. I did not even signed the credit card approval form.

    Kramer Portraits selected us to participate in a project for "Fur Families" portraits. I explained that we recently lost our family pet, and would love to be considered for the project with our new puppy, who brought a lot of hope to my family after ******** passing. We scheduled a photo shoot, out of pressure, when we were cut short, we did arrive early but werent given the amount of time promised, and most importantly, as confirmed by ******, ***** and *******, we were going to get our booking deposit back in full. They told us our story highlighted their project, We were bullied to the point of tears to try purchase more than we were awarded as the prize.They are using misleading and false advertising and their sales team is completely out of line. We received nothing and are owed money. On their website they have the BBB Icon with a false rating of an A, when on this website they are given a c+. On other review websites, there are multiple stories that match mine.

    Date of transaction 5/5/2022 I was told I had won a contest. Which I then had to pay 200 dollars to reserve. When I got there everything was nice until we started reviewing the pictures and they very much so pressured us into spending over **** dollars on top of the $2500 gift certificate I had won when we went into the room to review the pictures that were taken there was a trainee who placed her chair in front of the door and sat there the entire time which made us feel as if we could not leave without making a decision to spend money. When I received the email stating I had won, there was NO indication that we had to purchase other prints. This contest that they are running is EXTREMELY misleading and I would like EVERY ***** I paid to them back. We felt swindled when we left and there is a charge in the invoice that we did not ask for and we still owe money I am extremely disappointed. There should be indication of how much these portraits cost BEFORE expecting the contest winner to pay to reserve their prize.
