******* continues to sell the *** Adult Smart Battery toothbrush but intentionally does not restock the replacement heads making this large purchase single use. Hi ** ***************** you for giving us the opportunity to respond to your complaint. I understand your frustration at not being able to purchase replacement heads for the Hum toothbrush you purchased. Unfortunately, we no longer manufacture that brush and therefore supplies of the replacement heads is limited. As our Representative told you, our ******* 360 Sonic Floss Tip Replacement Brush Heads fit the Hum brush. I also have been able to obtain one package of Purple Hum heads which we will mail to you along with two packages of the 360 heads. Hopefully, that will give you enough stock to last for a year. We apologize for the unpleasant experience and will certainly let our brand team know of the inconvenience this situation has caused you.

******* released a promotion offering $10 rewards for spending $30. I participated and submitted a receipt from *******. Its a clear and genuine receipt, never altered in any way. However, my submission was rejected with the reason "APPEARS_ALTERED." This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Theyre just using excuses to deceive consumers into making purchases.Business Response

Hi, ******* has been sending me email marketing campaigns without my consent. I've never visited their site, made direct purchases or opted into email. I started receiving emails on 10/4/24. I had no intention on clicking on any links within the email not even the preference center or unsubscribe because I never opted in. I wanted to understand how this happened, so I reached out to their customer support team. I was concerned someone was using my personal information and opted in somehow. This is the response I received --Hi KC,Thank you for reaching out to us. We want to apologize for the inconvenience. We went ahead and unsubscribed you from our marketing emails. Also, please be sure to unsubscribe from the emails on your end as well. After you have completed these steps, please allow ******************************************If they continure, please be sure to back out to us. If you have any further concerns, please text us or reach out through any of our live channels here ***************************************** (Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 PM EST).--- Unfortunately, I was still receiving emails after that 72hr period. I reached out again. Letting them know I received another email on October 20 at 11:21a EST. I then made a formal request:"I am formally requesting any data you have for me. I'm also requesting to understand the time and date my email address was opted in to receive communications as I have never opted in on your site or willingly sought to receive emails from Colgate.."The person who responded was of no help The didn't provide data at all and told me to click the ubsub link in email. I purchased an Overnight Whitening pen and it burned my lips and gums. So I called the consumer help line and was told I would receive my money back. So they issued me a check(# ********) on March 7, 2024 in the amount of *****. This check bounced. I contacted them and they did apologize, said it happened to numerous people and said they would send out a new check. That check(#********) was issued April 23, 2024 for the same amount of ***** and it also bounced. I want my money or I will seek legal actions for Deceptive Trade Practice.Business Response

I received a defective ******* optic whitening pen. The company stated they would issue a refund check for the product. I received the check and it was unable to be cashed by my bank due to an issue with the check on colgates end. On or about July 11, 2023 ******* released an update to the hum Toothbrush android app. This update caused loud distracting and annoying tones when brushing my teeth.I attempted to contact ******* on July 11, July 12 and July 13.Since ******* does not allow email support I attempted to contact them by phone. After 15 minutes with no answer I switched to text message SMS support. Developer support DOES NOT REPLY.Support was not able to offer and assistance other than to remove and reinstall the app. THIS DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.At this point I restored the previous version of the app. This resolved the app sounds but now I have LOST ALL POINTS AND DATA. This equates to about 700 points or $7 credit in their online store. SUPPORT ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD NOT LOOSE ANY DATA 1) Seeking restoration of all data and points 2) Fix the bug in the current app, version ****, so that the sounds are OFF and DO NOT OVERRIDE phone volume or do not disturb settings 3) Credit to ******* store due to ******* CREATING THE PROBLEMBusiness Response

I heard about the Colgate Palmolive's Fabuloso Recall from Target's email on Feb 16, 2023. I tried to reach the company directly and wrote them a message on their website. . After 1 week of not hearing any response, I disposed of the 3 Large Bottles that I owned for fear of contamination. I subsequently tried to call them and when I did on Feb 24th; spoke with ****. Not only was ***************** with me explaining that my bottles were NOT affected by the recall..... He refused to address the fact that since I did not hear from Colgate Palmolive in more than a week I disposed of the product. When I asked about potential reimbursement due to the lack of correspondence and the fact that I feared contamination.... He abruptly said no and then hung up the phone on me. Wow!!!! A Recall, and ZERO **************** to go along with Hanging up on me..... Hence this complaint.Business Response
