    The modeled ex. of a slumlord! **** ****** is pure filth trash filled in the hallways blocking the staircase, stairs are so dirty and the elevator constantly and consistently out of service. Repairs in the building is something unheard of! Elevator has a series of violations! The building door always left open. I guess the same person responsible for the upkeep is also responsible for the repairs because neither are done! I can say so much more! 1 star is mandatory not deserving!!!

    My girlfriend and I have been living in one of their buildings for the past 6 months and it has been one of the most annoying experiences. The receptionist at the office is great, but the business manager does absolutely nothing. Before we moved into our apartment, we noted and reported multiple problems and were promised that they would get fixed. To name a few, the doorknob for our bathroom was broken, one of the bedroom doors was too big for it's opening, and our kitchen cupboard was missing it's doors. When we moved, only one of those problems were fixed. Over time, some of the issues got dealt with after calling the super multiple times. However now, we need the business manager to fix the rest of our issues and he has not responded back to any of our emails for a month. Every time we go to his office we're told that he is working from home and that they will try to reach him, however we still haven't heard anything from him yet.Now we are dealing with our issues that were never fixed and more problems are coming up. But when we send emails about them, we get nothing back.I truly don't understand how this business can be run with a business manager who is not responsive to their tenants at all.
