    This property management company is completely incompetent, and mismanaged even the simplest, most routine tasks/projects. Communication and responsiveness were abysmal, and when issues were escalated to the president, that individual showcased a complete lack of professionalism and respect towards the clients who enable his business to run. I'm not sure you'll find a very good or even good property management company in *** considering the low bar, and high profit motives for entering the field, but New Bedford Management Company is one that I would put at the very end of my list of recommendations. Don't work with them, use your co-op's money wisely.

    *************************, the senior property manager, is a terrible manager at best! She is incompetent, disorganized, unhelpful. It took her days and multiple emails from me and ****************** requesting to see the Bylaws and ******************* for my condo building (even worse is she sent over just a few pages of documents initially and it took ** days and weeks to get the complete copy) when there's a leak situation in the bathroom. Instead of properly scheduling a plumber to remediate the situation, she had the superintendent leaving a message on my phone that the plumber is coming to my apartment without anyone in my apartment in an hour WITHOUT my consent--isn't that breaking and entering? When my bathroom tiles are broken from the plumber's repair, it took them months before they return (despite me looking up the tiles and brain storming FOR them how to fix the tiles) to fix the tiles, while leaving abundant amount of grout on the tiles for me to clean up after the repair despite I asked them to clean the tiles.
