- As we sell products that have been established, tested, and specified in advance, and we have no control over the actual application, we only warranty products against manufacturing defects (i.e.damaged/leaking containers). We are required to show our parent company square footage (coverage) calculations for projects which are confirmed by our parent company prior to shipment. This ensures proper quantities. As we deal with professionals such as architects, engineers, construction contractors, and painting contractors who understand these products, we don't have a refund exchange policy as project details are confirmed in advance. This is clearly communicated to our clients prior to a sale which is an industry practice.
