    Please believe the reviews here-- you will lose money for nothing. Booked an expensive session with my friends. He cancelled 30 minutes before the event and we had travelled 2 hours. Promised to refund me over 6 months ago and I am asking weekly. He then threatened to take me to court and he blocked my number " because his lawyers will be handling your refund from here onwards." What a load of B.S. My friend had to resort to a bank challenge to get her money back. I can't wait for the court date to expose the unbelievable shenanigans by Thomas ****.

    I've had seven hour long readings and 1 group reading and each reading was beyond incredible. I've worked with other mediums but without a doubt Thomas is the BEST. He is incredibly accurate giving first and last ******** the readings I had with him, there were a few that needed to be rescheduled and rescheduled a number of times but the readings were eventually given. I understand no one likes to have a reading rescheduled but believe me, the wait is more than worth while. He will not disappoint!

    I paid for a 30 minute phone reading on 2/15/24. My reading was scheduled for 11/10/24, Thomas **** never called. I emailed and was rescheduled for 1/3/25, again Thomas **** never called. I emailed and was rescheduled to 2/3/25, again Thomas **** never called. I requested a refund since services were never rendered. Admin at Thomas **** suggested a reschedule, I responded that would not work for me. I wanted a refund. Admin at Thomas **** requested my Venmo, I gave it to them with zero response. I emailed 3 additional times explaining that accepting money and not providing the service is fraud and that my refunded needed to happen. I was NEVER refunded.Thomas **** is a fraud, taking money from those greiving. Shameful, STAY AWAY from Thomas ****!!!

    10/3 Bought a reading that said it would be 11/9 or 10, no exceptions or changes.10/7 asked if I missed the email with time and was told no, Id get an email that week 10/18 & 21: followed up agin, since no response.10/28 ANOTHER follow up email sent 11/4 response asking me what I purchased and did I have a receipt so they could research. I responded the same day with my receipt.11/11: No response so I requested a refund since the date of my reading had passed with no communication Then I get an email stating He had to shuffle stuff and is under the weather. They tell me that January 15 between 10 and 11 AM is my new time, also repeat no refunds.1/13: two days before my rescheduled reading, I get another email stating that he is facing health issues and that they have rescheduled me to APRIL 9! 1/14: I respond asking why I am Getting three marketing emails a day offering readings that week as well as all that month but I have to wait until April. Since then, NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Pretty sure based on all of the other reviews, I have just read that they are just collecting money and getting rich and not offering ratings.

    $100 reading a total scam. Schedules it out months ahead of time, we reserve the date in our calendar, no information received. I've been told several times that a refund is coming and it NEVER does. They claim they can't refund the card and they'll "send a check." Total scam and lie.

    I had purchased an hour phone reading, waited months for the day and never received a call. Then they said they had to reschedule after I contacted them. Wait for the rescheduled date was another 8 months, so I asked for a refund. They said it would take up to 45 days, it's now over 70 days and I've emailed a couple of times with no response. He continues to offer readings weekly but couldn't squeeze mine in.

    This guy is a scammer and he knows it and many people finding out. ******** pages of people getting scammed by him. Reviews everywhere of him scamming. Wow....I wished i had of googled first before getting scammed. I thought since he was on TV, he was a decent guy....nope just another fraudulent scammer. Excuses, avoided emails, canceled appts yet cant refund you. SCAM..WATCH OUT PEOPLE. How is he still in business? Seriously?

    Like so many others have reported, I was also scammed by ****** ****. I purchased a discounted reading one year ago. I was scheduled for a reading 10 months later. That reading was cancelled last minute with the reason being that ****** was having health issues. My reading was rescheduled & that reading was also cancelled last minute for health reasons. The third time it was rescheduled with ******, who called me personally immediately following an email sent to him by my assistant. He never showed up or cancelled for the third rescheduled time. My email requesting a new appt. time was not answered. This behavior is not only unscrupulous, but also cruel to play on people’s vulnerabilities who want to connect with their dear departed loved ones. The fact that I am seeing so many other identical stories about cancellations & no show appointments breaks my heart for all those affected by his scams!

    I booked a reading 6 months in advance, and I prepaid for it. When the day came for the reading. He never called. I had to reach out only to find out that he wasn't going to call and his office kept trying to reschedule me. I finally said no, because all they kept doing was pushing the reading to different dates and not keeping any appointment. I wanted a refund. Well 3 months later after that conversation I received a refund check for the reading that never happened. Guess what, the check bounced. As far as I'm concerned, Thomas **** the medium is a complete fraud.
