    Apparently in 2022 I had a subscription to GOLF Magazine.On 6/29/23, it was renewed and my credit card was charged $39.99.I called them on 7/31/23 and was told they would promptly issue a CREDIT to my account.As of today this has not happened. Therefore, I called again and asked for a supervisor. I spoke to a "******" who proceeded to tell me that the prior call was documented stating that the *** provided me with an expiration date & nothing to do with cancellation.This is an outright lie. I proceeded to tell this "Supervisor" that I wanted a ************ said that I had to contact "Insider Golf" via email; and that they have not provided her with a phone number.This is outrageous, unprofessional, and has to be close to an illegal practice.I want an IMMEDIATE refund of the $39.99 that was charged to my credit card.

    I noticed a while back I was not receiving Golf Magazine any more (last issue 2022 Jan/Feb). Did not think much of it at first, because the company reduced to 11 issues a year (combining months)I called and spoke to a ******** subscription is through May ****. He verified and would start sending again.Have not seen an issue. Talked to him about a month ago. I have sent messages via ****************** and email. The responses are 0, which is very shocking in *****************.#1. would like a response from Golf Magazine.#2. Would like my issues extended through **** to make up for lost time #3. Would like my past 3 issues sent (which they can do, supposed to do, and still have not done)
