    Purchased 3 books on their Vogue Knitting Website on January 15, 2023 for a total amount of $63.62. One of the books purchased was out of stock, so they did let me know it was out of stock and that I would be refunded that amount. On January 17, 2023, the amount of $63.62 was taken, which is the full amount of the order, but because one book wasn't available the order should have been only $38.65, and I am due a refund of $24.97. I have called them several times, left several messages, because no one ever answers the phone. No one has returned any of my calls and I have not yet received a refund, although they have acknowledged by email receipts that they are aware that I am due a refund of $24.97. Sometime last week they issued a refund of +$0.00, that's how it was listed on my account. All I want is the refund that is due. Basically they knowingly and purposefully stole money from me.

    I have made electronic purchases of patterns in the form of PDF files from vogue knitting. I recently tried to access them from my account but was unable to do so. Vogue knitting has changed their website and has asked customers to create new accounts. I would like my past purchases. I have tried contacting them but no one responds to my emails or returns my calls
