I have no way to cancel a magazine subscription from HEARST. I did cancel through paypal but would like to be reimbursed for the subscription of $35.00 that I didn't authorize. I sent the email through paypal, but no such email...email returned. I don't understand why I wouldn't get an email from the company saying that they were planning on renewing my subscription. Please cancel.

WARNING: ****************** If I could give negative points, I would! After taking an online survey, I was offered $2 magazine subscriptions as a thank you. Two months later I got an unauthorized $100 charge for magazines. Its impossible to contact anyone. Steer clear of these shysters.

I ordered HGTV Magazine (Hearst Publications) from a youth magazine fundraiser in the fall of 2018. I received one, maybe two copies. Recently I saw that I had been charged a renewal fee and contacted the magazine about getting a refund for the new charges and for the magazines that I never received. They refunded me the new charges but insisted that I received the magazines and gave me the run around about getting refunds from prior years. They were unwilling to give me phone number for the refund department and told me that there was no way for me to follow up with my complaint or dispute. If I could give negative stars I would. I would hire a lawyer for the $300 they stole from me but it isn't financially worth it. Don't do it. Don't order from any Hearst Publications-- they are crooks. I would give negative stars if that was an option.

Hearst Digital engages in Auto deduction for unknown or unrecognized services. No waring about upcoming debit. Difficult to unsubscribe. Not exactly fraud, but it feels the same.

Negative stars from me. I have gotten multiple mail and email payment due invoices for the print HGTV Magazine I didn't order. I'm a librarian, and also have a free Flipster account that my library taxes covers. I certainly don't need a personal print copy for my home. It's a borderline harassment tactic to ****** you to pay for something you didn't order. So I called their customer service and they cancelled the "continuous service" (their name for it) account I had (which I didn't), and to ignore any future invoices (why would I get future invoices if they canceled my account?).

Paid for a subscription to HGTV magazine and am not receiving the magazine. This happened last time I subscribed- magazines hardly ever came until the end of the subscription when they wanted me to renew. Well. I have learned my ****** now not to deal with this disreputable company!

NEGATIVE **** STARS!!!! I canceled my Food Network subscription January 3, **** - well before the required date and they emailed an acknowledgment. On February 20, **** they charged my credit card $18.50 for new subscription. I complained, I forwarded the cancel email to them from 1/3/24 and their acknowledged reply. They gave a complete runaround. Can't find the subscription name, subscription address, account number, email address - they can't find anything even though I gave them everything they requested. I ALSO DEMANDED A REFUND!1/23/24 Their response: Although you requested we cancel your subscription, your account is paid in full for future copies. Service will continue until your expiration date of June/July ****.Buyer beware when you try to cancel your subscription!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now to challenge with the credit card company. I gave them a chance.

Friendly bots.Claiming a magazine subscription and charging my credit card for same. Unable to speak to a live person. Transferred to a myriad of phone numbers with lousy synthetic jazz. No opportunity to obtain customer information.
