The person filing the complaint is correct. We had a problem with our payment gateway and card processor in late January and early February. Some transactions like his were affected resulting in double charges. We will refund him his money.

Meetup App owned by Alley Corp in ************* charged my credit card $105.37 and I requested a refund on 11/20/23. On 11/21/23 I received an email saying they had refunded the full amount but I'm not finding the credit on any of my credit cards. I have repeatedly asked that they send me the last four digits of the card that the credit card supposedly went back on and they are refusing.

This consumer has identified the wrong company. We are Investors Alley, publishers of stock research and options trading information. We do not and never have offered a service called MeetUp. The firm the consumer references is AlleyCorp and should contact instead, a small tech start-up located not far from our former office location. We were formerly known as Investors Alley Corp before we were acquired by another firm in late 2021.
