      I cancelled the membership with ***** Nexis in February of 2024. The membership provided month-to-month legal services. My account was disactivated and I have not had access to the content since February of 2024. Nevertheless, they keep billing me, even though, I email and call every month reminding that I do not have a membership with ***** Nexis anymore. I understand that it is an outgoing issue with the business and they take advantage of their customer by overbilling. There is no way to reach them out on a phone after you receive the bill. Because your account is disactivated, you are allowed to talk to a customer representative. So it is insoluble. Please help.

      I am filing a complaint against LexisNexis for failing to respond to a dispute I submitted regarding inaccurate information on my credit report. Specifically, there are unknown and unrelated addresses appearing on my credit report, which I did not authorize or associate with my profile. On [8/6/204], I sent a formal dispute to LexisNexis via certified mail (Certified Mail Number: **** **** **** **** **** **) to address these inaccuracies. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), LexisNexis is required to investigate and respond to disputes within 30 days of receipt. However, it has now been over 30 days, and I have not received any response or resolution to my dispute. The continued presence of these incorrect addresses on my credit report is a violation of my rights under the ****. This inaccurate information has the potential to harm my creditworthiness, and LexisNexiss failure to respond is unacceptable. I am requesting that the ************************************ investigate this matter and ensure that LexisNexis complies with its obligations under federal law to properly investigate and correct inaccuracies in my credit report.       I REQUESTED MY CONSUMER REPORT AND RECEIVED A LETTER WITH A PIN NUMBER TO ACCESS IT. IT DIDN'T WORK. THE REASON, I AM FILING A COMPLAINT IS THAT I SPENT 6 MONTHS TRYING TO GET MY CONSUMER REPORT IN 2022. I RECEIVED MANY LETTER WITH PIN NUMBERS THAT DIDN'T WORK AND LETTERS THAT MADE NO SENSE. SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR HELP. I FINALLY GOT MY REPORT-6 MONTHS LATER. I'D LIKE TO AVOID THE FRUSTRATION. LN NEEDS TO STOP MAKING IT SO HARD FOR PEOPLE TO GET THE INFORMATION IT HAS ON THEM.

      Filed a complaint online with NexusLexus after receiving a letter about my credit *********** homeowners insurance with **********. Several items listed were not accurate, 1. not enough info regarding department store accounts. I have only 1 store account ***** I do not use it has a zero balance for approx 5 yrs, 2. Late payments last 2 yrs I have no late payments last 2 yrs. They responded to my complaint that I must clear this up with the 3 credit reporting agencys they used. I pulled Experian report today credit score 780, all categories excellent, NexusLexus was not on the list for checking my credit. After raising my homeowners 80% last year because of this they raised it another $1,300. I want to know specifically were they got theyre information and I want this fixed or Im going to the ******************** & the newspapers.

      Dear BBB,I am writing to file a formal complaint against LexisNexis for violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) by failing to provide my consumer report on two separate occasions. The relevant details are as follows:On July 12, 2024, I requested my consumer report from LexisNexis but did not receive it as required by law.Again, on August 6, 2024, I made a second request, and once more, LexisNexis failed to deliver the report promptly.LexisNexis claims they sent the report the day after my requests, but I received only a PIN to freeze or unfreeze my reportno actual report.I spoke with ******* and later with a supervisor named *******, but the issue remains unresolved.Given these repeated failures, I have decided to seek legal assistance to address this matter. I believe LexisNexiss actions are in violation of my rights under the FCRA.I kindly request that BBB investigate this complaint and take appropriate action. LexisNexis should be held accountable for their failure to comply with federal regulations.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
