      Hi there, after investigating, looks like ***** reached out on 9/27 requesting to cancel the subscription associated with *************************** We did advise ***** that the cancelation was processed however the subscription remained active and was charged on 10/27. The subscription eventually closed on 12/7. Today, I confirmed that the subscription associated with ************************** is canceled and refunded of $5.30 was processed. ***** should see the refund within the next 3-5 days. *** also reached out to ***** with this information.

      This complaint is against iHeart radio and the station **** ***** FM. **** has a yearly holiday party and ***************************. There are many ways to enter. I tried to enter online and couldn't. I have a member account and logged in. I couldn't enter because the entry for this contest was not there. It was physically not present and there was no way for me to click to enter. I tried several times to no avail. I contacted them to let them know and they sent me a link that only took me to the informational site of the contest where it states how you can enter. There was a link on this page for the online entry and so again I clicked on it. Many contests and promotions were present, but not the one for the ****** Holiday Party at ********************. I even recorded two attempts to prove I was not making this stuff up and they never replied after that. I think it was a scam and I would like them to acknowledge this. They should also compensate me for my time and for breaking their contest policies and procedures.

      We're sorry to hear ***** had trouble entering the contest. Typically when there is an issue entering a contest we suggest troubleshooting and if the issue persists we pass along to the appropriate team to investigate. Since that specific contest has ended we are unable to troubleshoot. We cannot provide compensation for not being able to enter the contest however, ***** does still have an opportunity to enter for the same prize here; ************************************************************* . I reached out to ***** and provided her with this information. If she continues to have problems entering the contest, we'll be happy to look into this further.

      The company was aware of a fraudulent pop up within the iHeart radio application that was offering customers to take a survey and then be awarded an iPad. The company did not inform their customers of this issue they were aware of as it was still ongoing. The pop up asked for personal information regarding your address, name, and billing information with a credit card to pay for shipping. After submitting my information for the iPad I reached out to iHeart radio chat support. The chat support representative stated iHeart radio was aware of the issue and to not complete the survey but this was too late. My credit card information and identity are now apart of a fraudulent unknown company due to iHeart radio not making their customers aware of this fraudulent pop up.

      Reviewed ***** previous support ticket as well as complaint and while the Ad was clearly a phishing attempt directing users outside of the app, we advised the user not to interact with ad and promptly removed. No further action required.

      IHeart ************ has been charging me $9.99 per month since December 13, 2021 so for 7 months for a total of $69.93 which I disputed with them, but they rejected my dispute. No one else in my family ordered this service, ****** had my credit card info and just started charging me. I finally figured out how to cancel, but I never signed up for this, so would like my money refunded. Thank you,***********************

      Reviewed ******** complaint and it doesn't look like he reached out to our customer service team previously. I was able to provide a 7 month refund ($69.93) which exceeds our refund policy amount of 3 months. The subscription is already canceled. Please note that processing time may take up to 10 business days.

      About a month ago, I wanted to listen to Iheart Radio and in order to do this, I had to provide an email address. Ever since then I have received an email from them EVERY day. I have unsubscribed multiple times and I have blocked them and the emails just keep coming. I would like you to stop them from sending me emails ever again. Their "unsubscribe" "button" is not working and I don't want to keep getting unwanted emails from them. (Thank you.)

      We've gone ahead and unsubscribed ****** from receiving marketing emails and pushes from iHeartRadio to the email address provided. We've reached out directly to ****** via email with this information and to answer or help with any other questions/issues she may have.

      On March 13, 2022 at 3:58am, I received an email saying, Youre in, get started. I never signed up for an account with this company. On March 13, at 5:10pm, I contacted ******************************* and kindly asked that they close the account that someone else created using my email address. March 14, I receive a marketing email from them. I reach back out to the same email asking again that they delete the account and remove my email from their marketing lists and never contact me unless its to tell me the account has been deleted. March 15, I receive yet another unsolicited email and again ask that they close the account and remove my email from their lists. They are violating the Can-Spam act and Ive already reported them to the *** and will contact my state attorneys office if they continue to send unsolicited emails to my account.

      Hey ****- In reviewing this complaint it looks like we spoke directly to ******* on 2/23/21 via ticket (******) and confirmed his subscription was canceled and a refund was on the way. No further action needs to be taken on our end.

      I would like a refund on Jingle Ball tickets. I attended the event in *******, ******* on Friday, December 16, 2021. Three of the headlining acts pulled out. I was not notified about the acts until I made it past security gates nor was I offered a refund prior to the concert's start date/time. These acts were not replaced by other acts and the concert ended prematurely. I didnt get what I paid for. I contacted *********** and TicketMaster. iHeartRadio keeps falsely referring people to contact the event and TicketMaster. TicketMaster can't issue refunds until funds have been received from the Event Organizer. The event organizer (iHeartRadio) has not made the event eligible for refunds. I didnt get what I paid for and was scammed. Simple. This was suppose to be a graduation gift and it was my mom's first time ever attending a Jingle Ball concert. I won't ever attend one again.

      My husband won tickets on **** on November 9th at 8 am for ********************* tickets and tickets for Renchler Field lights. He was told that ******* would call him back to email him the tickets. We have been trying to reach anyone at iheart radio for hartford for over a month with no success. I don't understand how such a big well known company would do this to customers. We feel like we had to work to have iheart follow up with their end of the bargain. I reached out to the head of marketing with no prevail. All we want is the tickets for the lights before Christmas when they will no longer be available. If someone can let iheart know that this is how the hartford division is run. We would just like our tickets like we were told we won.
