    I was contacted by a real estate company in ******** that said they could sell some of my time share weeks. As part of the deal they needed me to deposit about $50,000 (which would be used to reserve the weeks for the buyers of the weeks). We are trying to get our money back from the real estate company and now they are saying we agreed to sell another 50 weeks and they are now asking for an additional $50,000. They are refusing to return the original $50,000 claiming that were are trying to back out of the deal for no cause and want their $42,000 commission paid by they original $50k we gave them.The company is call A New Royal Realty. Their office is apparently in Manhattan somewhere. The agent that is scamming ** is **********************. According to the ******** licensing website, his license number is *************** help with be appreciated.

    The client is being very vague describing the transaction. what he is not saying is that they requested an extra fifty weeks to be rented and then denied that when we have a recording. i would like to take this to court and settle it there. instead of going through the BBB.

    Why in court? because we know what really happened and we can prove it, so ************ please stop playing games and we will see you and ****************** in court.

    These ******** fraud me for ****k . They asked me for this money and said they want to buy a vacation membership that I own. I spoke tho this guy who claimed to be a broker his name is ******************* . He also has an intern *******************. First they asked me for **** to start the process then claimed they need additional **** for title and I will be payed . When the day of the payment came I was told the buyer is now a fraudulent person and they need additional 10k from. I told them I dont have it all I had was that much saved and I gave them. They then canceled everything and didnt even give me my money back. I am in so much pain as I worked so hard with 3 jobs to save that money. Please someone help me

     Please see the evidence I have provided above. I have asked begged them to send me my money back as they asked me 

    1. to send them 3600$ which i did in the first file you see named first wire request

    2. Then they asked me to send 4300K to do "legal and recording" which wasnt requested originally so I send that wire (2nd attachment above)

    3. I get a PDF saying I will get the money for my vacation club package they are trying to purchase on a friday - i never saw a dime of that money. (3rd attachment above)

    When i reached out and inquire about it , I was told oh Compliance detected fraudulent activity on the account of the person who was trying to buy my vacation club package. Therefore now i am required to send additional $10,000 K to them to proof i am not fraud..  (4th attachment that shows them asking me for 10K)

    4. I refused to give them 10K as i dont have that kind of money. I gave them my last savings and they took it. When i asked them over and over to send the money back. I was told because you couldnt give us the 10K and proof that you are not fraud we are not going to give you any money back

    PLEASE do not trust them that they will send any money back. If they do I will come back and BBB know till then I do not trust them do the right thing and i hope i can save others 

    Following are the scammers I worked and spoke with 

    Number 1 -- ***** **** -- he claims he is a broker for the company and he is the one i spoke the most

    Number 2-- ******** ******  Executive Assistant -- she answers phone for ***** and also send email on his behalf-- spoke to her to get in touch with ***** but she is aware of all the fraud they are doing to everyone

    Number 3 -- ******************* -- He is ******************* intern supposedly . When ***** didnt want to speak with me to tell me how much he is scamming me he will have **** speak to me. Most of the time this man just literally lied and said oh you will get  your money just give us more money

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    [They are refusing to give my money back 7800$ k that they scammed for . They are asking me to give them additional 10,000$ K which I dont have . I gave them the last savings i had which was 7800$ i borrowed that money from someone to give that to them. All I am asking is to give me my money back 7800$ which they stole from me. As I never sold them the travel package the deal never went through. Therefore why would they keep this money. Please help me get my money back from them. I dont have additional 10K to give it to them.
