3 starsThe salesrep did not have experience selling homes with solar panels on them. I missed out on 2 full offers because they didn't give correct info. I finally had to take a less offer to sell.They told me that I could terminate the agreement if I wanted because of the panels. I truly did not want to start over so I took the lesser offer.Review fromSonya W

1 starWe thought it would be nice to buy and sell through orchard,we moved from ****** to *******. They definitely under value the home when they buy them but the biggest issue is had was the overpriced painters and " cleaning crew" people. They definitely ***** on the paint and landscaping contractors they use, they were quick to buy our house but put minimal effort into helping us find a new one, They're selection was not good and they discouraged us from buying homes not on their website. They list homes from unreputable builders our agent went out of town the week of our closing and noone was available to tour our new build prior to us moving in. The home has been falling apart since and we got a bs response from orchard now that we can't even get warranty repairs done. We we're assured that this process would protect us. We were misled. We used Orchard in 2022 to purchase our dream farm. From start to finish, it was the smoothest experience. Each agent was extremely helpful- always available and willing to go above and beyond. Being able to use the equity from our previous home to purchase the farm enabled us to do something we wouldn't normally have been able to afford. I wholeheartedly recommend Orchard to my friends when they start looking to move, sell, or buy. It was the easiest home pur have, move, etc. we've ever done.

We bought our new home with Orchard first and had the security of knowing we had a guaranteed offer for our existing home so we didn't end up stuck with 2 homes. We received more than our guaranteed offer. All went very well. Highly recommend Orchard.Orchard

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The process was very well explained at our initial meeting - we had a very smooth buying process, including using Orchard mortgage (they were AMAZING!), and an easy selling process once we moved in to our new home. Highly recommend if you want to move prior to selling your current home. It was one of those things that sounded almost too good to be true, but it was all true and was a great experience.Orchard

1 starThey misrepresented themselves and their partner vendors. The fees are extremely high. My credit was pulled without authorization for a program that was offered and not accepted. They send you to their partners whose fees are also excessive. They are a third party for lending sharks. The offer in the end 85% of the market value of your home that they under value.
