I use the unsubscribe option every time I get one of their scam "recruitment" emails but they've continued to email me for over a year. They claim to have my resume on file but the offers have absolutely nothing to do with my profession or skills, it's just blind spam and they just keep emailing me over and over.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:After NOT honoring my multiple "unsubscribe" requests their answer appears to attempt to deflect blame on me for posting a "public post" a whole twelve (12) years ago. They obviously are not sanitizing or verifying their data intake, they're just spamming anyone they can. The post they reference was most likely for a specific position and not a general "public" post with my ongoing approval to have my data injected into their (Axelon) systems. In fact they COMPLETELY IGNORED all of my previous requests to not be contacted by them or to remove my contact information from their systems. They obviously do not honor their "unsubscribe" requests so I consider this fraudulent behavior and they need to be taken to task and have their databases purged of anyone who did not explicitly wish to do business with them.
In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:My phone number is not listed on any of the job boards (for various reasons) and is set up for email only, NOT TEXT OR PHONE! I find it funny that I will get calls and texts from a cellphone number from these companies. They change the name of the person calling, emailing or texting. Time you look at what your company is doing on the employment end!

I have been receiving emails from recruiters at Axelon services ever since I was looking around for a job on sites like GlassDoor or Indeed. I never signed up for their services. I found a job pretty quickly and no longer needed them anyway. I let them know this multiple times and asked multiple people to stop emailing me. Eventually I told them I would be reporting the harassment if I received another email. I received one that same evening. I've been blocking the email addresses associated with their emails for weeks but they keep sending them from different accounts. The jobs being suggested to me are in no way appropriate or related to what I was looking for; I can only assume that signing up for some of those job search engines put me on some list somewhere. At no time did I knowingly consent to receiving any communication from Axelon Services. Please make the emails stop. That's all I want.Business Response

This company is a recruiting agency. I have received multiple emails from them spamming me with positions that are absolutely ridiculous for me. I currently work as a software engineer in a remote position. They have been trying to interest me in positions in a facility assembling devices that offer far less than I'm currently making. They are obviously NOT reading resumes, just spamming people with these positions hoping someone will bite. It's bad business and it's annoying.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The core problem I had all along was that their staff did NOT actually review my skills and qualifications, they were simply messaging anyone they could with hopes they'd get a positive response. It's agencies like this that make job hunting such a tedious chore. Most other services only contact me with jobs more suitable to my skills and experience. A handful of agencies like this one don't bother, and they end up just being spam in my inbox.
They can try to defend their behavior, but it's just bad business.
Sincerely,
*********************

Constantly spamming me with multiple email addresses about the same job that I've denied. 30+ emails, each from a different "person" for the same job. 20+ phone calls/texts from the same phone number. Consistently harassing me to the point that I may end up taking charges. I've requested that they leave me alone multiple times and they keep spamming me.Business Response
