              I order a shoe on 3/7 it said pre-ship 3/21 after the time passed I ask for a refund since the shoe had not shipped. Several cust. Serv. Agents said it was in the warehouse and I had to wait 2 weeks after preorder ship day to get a refund. I did that and the day before I could get refunded my money they created an *** label. It says cant give a delivery date. It is now sitting with a shipping label but no delivery date. I called for a refund bc it has been 3 days since the label was created with no delivery date. She told me that their policy is I can get a refund another 14 days after the label was created. Now bc they created this bogus label I cant get a refund. She said it is not on the website to inform the customer about their policy for customers regarding pre-orders when they have not sent the item by the time promised. I would like a refund, if you can help me get my money back I would greatly appreciate it. I will never shop Nine West again
