Placed an order for 3 pairs of boots 9/28, expedited order with an expectation that shoes would arrive in 2 business days. Two pairs arrived on 10/4, however as of today 10/10/22 the 3rd pair of shoes has still not arrived, although the order reflects it arrived today. Upon researching found that package was delivered to wrong town! Told by customer service person that order cannot be canceled despite the fact that I have no 3rd pair of shoes. Company also not refund the expedited shipping that I paid. Horrible service I am returning all shoes purchased and not do business with them again. However I need to ensure that the 3rd pair is refunded as well as expedited shipping. No wonder this company has such a poor rating, they deservice it.Initial Complaint

Hi, I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for 1-2 business day shipping (NW-1314018), My order did not arrive within 1-2 business days and I requested a refund for the $32.95 I was charged for expedited shipping. Nine West denied my request and indicated that they have a 2-3 day processing time for all orders, however, when you select 1-2 business day shipping during the check out, that is NOT clearly displayed. I would like a refund for $32.95 for the expedited shipping.Customer response

I purchased multiple pairs of shoes from Nine West. I sent back 2 pair in the same box that they arrived to my house in. I received a refund for one pair but none for the other. I have called and emailed mine west multiple times with a response that I would receive feed back and it would be escalated to management but still no refund or explanation after 6 months of my return.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of booties from Nine West in which they were too big so I sent them back to get a smaller size. When I received my replacement pair there was a spot on the left shoe at the tip of the toe part. these are $129 boots in which I got on sale for $72.24 and Nine west are high quality shoes so I expected more from Nine West. I called and informed the *** of my issue and was told I can return them for a refund or exchange. The issue I'm having is, I will have to use my gas and time to take the boots to a return center for a second time in which will be an inconvenience as I will have to leave work to do so.Customer response
