    I pre-ordered a pair of custom made shoes for my wedding in February 2024. Paul Evans advised it would take 3-6 months for the order to be made and delivered. After 6 months, I contacted them repeatedly to get status of the order. First it was a supply issue...then it became an import issue. Despite these continued attempts to get the ordered shoes and all thee production and import delays, Paul Evans was continually sending me marketing emails for sales. How can you have sales and not complete a pre-existing order? After 10 months of waiting, I requested an update and if an update could not be provided on shipping details for the shoes, a cancellation and full refund. Paul Evans cited their return policy for pre-orders...they would only issue a partial refund with $100 per shoe being issued in a store credit. How does that make sense when they failed to deliver what was purchased? How do you charge a return fee PER SHOE when you sell them as a pair?! How do you charge a return fee at all when the ordered product was NEVER shipped or received? Clearly it hasn't been made so what are you restocking or returning? Why would anyone want a store credit from a dishonest company who can't fulfill a 10 month old order? These business practices are unethical and should be liable to a CFPB investigation. I request a full refund as already initiated through my credit card provider.

    Becarful. Pauls Evans is not honest. Looks like is scam When you buy a preorder shoes. Takes more than 4 to 6 months. After 6 month that you still waiting they never said by when you should receive the order. When you tried to cancel the order and get refund They just want to offer a gift cards and they said is the policy.

    Ordered 2 merchandise items online with Paul Evans on 13th and 16th of September. The product order on the 16th said was in stock but after a week, the product never arrived. When I reached out to Paul Evans they said it was a technical error and the merchandise was not in stock and would take 3 to 6 months. I requested a refund and was granted it. Not happy with the overall service with Paul Evans, I decided to cancel the order from September 13th on September 24th. As usual, no response till I reached out again on October 4th. This time I was told by them no returns as it is in their policy. I replied that their policy says no returns. I have not received the merchandise because it will take 3 to 6 months. Since then Paul Evans has not responded back to me.

    I ordered a pair of shoes from Paul Evans ** in January 2022. The shoes are made to order so it was stated that the delivery time would be 3-6 months which was fine. Unfortunately I received the order nearly 12 months later and despite it being my second pair from this company, they didn't fit like the first. I reached out, included my invoice number and inquired about how to process a return and where to send it. I sent the return, confirmed they had received them and got an email back that they were considering these final sale and not returnable. Since it took a year to deliver there is no way I can know or verify the accuracy of that but that was precisely the reason I reached out including my order number before processing the return back. They have been unwilling to even provide an exchange or any type of refund or return the shoes back to me.

    I originally reached out with a concern regarding a pair of ****** Wholecut shoes in Nero that upon arrival were not in fact ****. As noted in the email chain with the compaby, I provided photos and comparison against a black belt that I had available, and a customer service agent responded that the shoes I was sent "appear to be our Nero color."Well, I just purchased their Nero Belt and lo and behold, they don't match. The belt is ACTUALLY black. So, I was in fact originally lied to regarding the color of the shoes. I've been dissatisfied with this purchase ever since and reached out for remediation. I attached additional photos of the shoes, this time compared with their own Nero belt. It's clear as day that they are entirely different colors. In fact, the shoes look closer to your "Dark Blue Leather Belt" than your "Nero" colored offerings on the site. If this is a one-time manufacturing defect or shipping error, Paul Evans needs to own up to it.

    This company refuses to refund cancelled orders prior to ship date citing policy. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and belt for pre order meaning they will ship ine 3-5 months and charged me upfront. . Attempted to cancel order for the above first immediately then again within 30 days, but response "was you used a coupon codes so no refunds or exchanges. Thanks for understanding." What nonsense. Buyer beware, I was "generally" happy with products historically. They have either changed staff, policy, or both, not sure, but this is completely inappropriate to refuse

    I ordered a couple pairs of shoes from this company. The sizing was wrong. They have a return policy that prohibits returns after if you wore the shoes even once (absurd for $300+ dollar shoes but whatever). I discussed with customer service, and was granted an exception from the policy for an exchange. I returned the shoes, processed an exchange and was later denied a refund. They then charged me $45 to ship the shoes that don't fit back to me. Deceptive and dishonest business practices combined with terrible customer service. Just another social media pop-up company scamming people.
