Product never delivered. Foot Locker refused refund and redirected responsibility. Still out over $300.Complaint Details:I placed an online order through Foot Locker and used a combination of a gift card (purchased through Afterpay) and my own funds. The order was placed under advertised delivery terms, which clearly stated the delivery window. On the very day the item was supposed to arrive, the delivery date was suddenly changed without prior notice, pushing it outside the expected timeframe.Despite my immediate objection and multiple follow-ups with both Foot Locker and their carrier ******** the item was never delivered. Foot Locker has since denied my claim, stating the package was marked "delivered," yet provided no proof of receipt, no signature, and no customer service resolution. I have also contacted Prezzee (the gift card provider) and Afterpay, and all parties are deflecting responsibility.I am now out over $300 and have not received the item I paid for. Foot Locker's customer service has been unhelpful and evasive, and their refusal to issue a refund or even escalate the matter properly is unacceptable. This is not only a violation of basic customer service expectations but also constitutes a failure to fulfill a paid contract. I am requesting a full refund for the undelivered product and that Foot Locker take full responsibility for the funds they accepted.

I contacted Foot Locker about an incorrect order made using my email address, but they refused to take any action, claiming it was a simple mistake. Their response was unhelpful, as they suggested I resolve the issue by contacting my financial institution instead of offering any support or solutions.

Terrible customer service. Issued a refund. Clothes were not worn, original tag still attached. No signs of wear. Returned items within refund policy period. Items were sent back, saying they were used. I asked for evidence for clothes being worn, and they did not get back to me. Absolutely terrible business practice at attempt to retain sales. What a joke.

I would give half star if I could. I will be boycotting Footlocker from now on, and have spread the word to family and friends as well. Bought a pair of shoes for my niece for Christmas, and bought it at the end of October (Oct 30th) because I was going out of the country for a month in November, and I wanted to be able to mail the shoes to her before I left on my trip.Canada Post then went on strike by the time I mailed it to her. Anyway, she finally gets the shoes and they are too small. She takes the brand new shoes in the box and the receipt to Footlocker to just EXCHANGE for a bigger pair. We didn't want a refund, so no money back. She was told no she couldn't do that, because it was past 45 ******* explanations would work with Footlocker, even with the postal strike which held up the delivery etc. I even phoned *********** and spoke to a representative there AND a supervisor and nothing could be done. The stupid thing is...we would have also been spending more money had they let us do the exchange, because the new shoes we were getting was a newer model and more expensive, so we were willing to pay the difference. And the original shoes cost us $210!!!!! NEVER NEVER again will I buy another pair of shoes from Footlocker.

Horrible. They sent me some old used shoes that they have now had back for a week now and I have still yet to see my refund. When I called to find out the lady told me they were just sitting at the warehouse not being checked in or anything. This is absolutely ridiculous and enough to make me never shop again woth them bc their just holding my money at this point for some damaged shoes they already have back and have had back. They don't care about their mistakes it's obvious bc the shoes are just sitting there.

Horrible experience! Ordered shoes for Christmas. Paid extra for rush shipping! Never received the shoes, gave me a hard time about a refund. Offered me 25% off coupon that can only be used on like 5 pair of shoes because most of the shoes are excluded from any discounts ! Total joke and I hope they go out of business!

I will never give Foot Locker my business again after this terrible experience. I ordered three pairs of shoes and used Apple Pay at checkout. Unfortunately, ***** Pay defaulted to an old shipping address, even though I had entered my new address during the process. When I realized the mistake, I immediately tried to update the address or cancel the order through the Foot Locker website, but neither option was available. Over the next three days, I contacted Foot Lockers customer service multiple times and received conflicting information each time. I was advised to contact the courier ******* to either place the shipment on hold at a drop-off location or update the shipping address directly through them. However, after speaking with ****** it became clear that Foot Lockers shipping restrictions prevented ***** from making any changes. ***** informed me that only Foot Locker could authorize such modifications. I relayed this back to Foot Locker, and two different customer service agents assured me they had contacted ***** to remove the restrictions and hold the package.Despite these assurances, ***** repeatedly told me no such requests had been submitted. The back-and-forth was infuriating. Foot Locker blamed *****, and ***** couldnt do anything due to Foot Lockers policies.Mistakes happen, but there should be a way to fix them. I was constantly told these restrictions exist because of fraud concerns, but not everyone is committing fraud. If fraud does occur, surely there are systems and insurance in place to handle it. Im just a paying customer trying to ensure my $200 order isnt lost or stolen. This experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and a complete failure of customer service on *********************** part. I would advise any and everyone to stay away from shopping with Foot Locker online. If you need to shop with them, do it instore only.

I ordered boots off of foot lockers website they were delivered ***** left them outside of my building. When I got home they were gone, I called foot locker to get a refund they told me that they had to put in a complaint to investigate this before they can refund me my money back. Their customer service is terrible!. No one speaks English. Trying to get a manager is the worst. I had to dispute this payment with my bank.

Christmas was only 4 days ago and I had bought some ******* for my husband less than a month ago on Black Friday for his Christmas present. Today I came to exchange sizes for the same style and color of shoe because the shoes I purchased fit too small. The disappointment I had was that a manager couldnt do the exchange without me paying for the full price of the shoe. This is something important to know because everyone shops on black Friday for Christmas present but foot lockers policy and poor management dont care about the customers and only care to make their money somehow. Everyone be careful when buying anything on sale at the willowbrook footlocker in *******, **.
