      Thieves... spent over 80 grand for games to crash and no customer support... besides robotic replies... they use OLD scores

      Sequential Brands Group is the parent company of AND1 footwear. AND1 has opted for subpar quality of shoes as well as quality control and customer care. I escalated a manufacturers defect to customer service and proceeded to follow their requests for 5 different pictures. Rather than replace or refund, AND1 simply said to deal with the third party that delivered the item. When told that the 3P only did the delivery, and had nothing to do with root cause of the problem (manufacturer defect), they chose to again defer to the 3P for resolution. The lack of ownership and disinterest in customer feedback is what lead me to this review. I would discourage others from purchasing from AND1 brand.
