    We got sold tickets at the ticket booth in person. We were charged $108 for pedestal access. When we got to the island, we were walking in the freezing look for an entrance but all we found were closed gates. There was a security guard there who told us we shouldve not be sold those tickets because they were already closed. We didnt get what we paid for and would like to seek reimbursement.
