    The company scam people tell them one price and when you pay that price it ends up to be higher price

    05/07 or 08/2022 I clicked on a social media ad about Biovana Skincare, offering free samples all for just the cost of shipping. I had to fill out my billing information first. And then when I clicked through to complete my purchase, the site proceeded to take me through several pages, and on each page it was giving you no option but to add a new product to your order. I never reached the final purchase page; I left the site before that not knowing if I was even getting the product at that point. The charges for the samples of $6.95 & $9.95 were taken from my account on 5/09/22. I had initially only wanted the lotion sample for $6.95 (somehow they added a serum because of that click through setup).I did receive the samples, but had ZERO communication via email about my purchase, tracking, the company, or their purchase agreement that I never agreed to. On 5/18/22 I was charged $115.00 and $119.00 and had no idea what these charges were for in my bank statement so I contacted my bank, cancelled my debit card and started a fraud complaint. The company listed on my account for the charges was AL **** Goods, address unknown. My bank started the dispute, but I noticed on 07/09/22 that the charges were taken out of my account again. I contacted my bank, and was told that they lost the dispute because I supposedly agreed to the purchase policy of full charge for the products if there is no cancellation by me by 30 days from the sample purchase. I did not sign or check a box of any contractual agreement of this kind during the initial purchase of the samples, nor did i receive any correspondence from the company about this. My bank told me to call the toll free number provided from the company. I did that on 7/9, and the person told me that there was nothing he would do for a refund, but remove me from their list of getting charged monthly. Company is APHOMESHOPPER. ************ or ************. They would have kept charging me!

    Purchased two items on March 19th and have never received them nor did i receive a email of any sort and i have no way to contact this business in order to get my money or package

    The business charged me $9.95 & $38.97 on May 18, 2022. They basically advertise you pay just shipping and have a free trial but then before you check out there are pop up boxes offering you to try other creams with no prices listed. If you click them they just keep tacking them on when you think you're just viewing them. Then, the items arrived with no packing slip, no refund/return info, and no way whatsoever to contact customer service. To make it worse, after 14 days they begin to auto charge you. Theres no way to cancel. No way to email or call.
