    I placed an order with Glow Recipe totaling $491.60. Upon receiving the package, I noticed it was poorly packaged, containing broken glass and damaged items. Due to the poor condition, I requested a full refund and returned everything using the return label Glow Recipe provided. Glow Recipe only refunded $101 for three missing items but failed to refund the remaining $390.60 for the returned products. I have proof of shipment showing that I returned the package. - I contacted Glow Recipe multiple times, but they stopped responding. - When I disputed the charge through ******, the case was closed in Glow Recipes favor due to ******* 30-day dispute window. However, this decision was made without considering that I had to wait for Glow Recipe to process the return before filing a claim. Glow Recipe has effectively kept $390.60 of my money while also receiving the returned products. Their lack of response and failure to process the full refund is unacceptable.

    Glow recipe has great products and the routine really helped my skin, but when it comes to customer service they're really frustrating and f*cking impossible to reach. The website is a joke, kept denying my card, I tried the cards of family members that were denied too. When the payment went through on the Shop app, Glow took my money but NEVER sent me what I purchased. This has been going on for a month. It's really frustrating that they make exclusive and limited time products that I'll never be able to get. I wish ******* had the same stuff the website has. It's a shame I had to get my bank involved to ****** my money from them.

    So, at first I was annoyed bc my package hadnt shipped & it had been over a week, so I reached out & got an email back apologizing & saying it will ship soon. But no date of when. They did give me a coupon to use on my next order which is always a plus. Finally my products shipped & i figured that was the end of it. But nope, they reached out again apologizing for the ************ sent me out another box of goodies, full sized goodies. All of products I didnt buy in the last package so it was pretty awesome & a pretty great resolution. So thanks glow recipe! Thats A+ customer service.

    I hate to write bad reviews about a company thats started by a small business owner. Their customer support is very poor. Like the reviewer below, I first got interested in Glow Recipe and placed an order during the Black Friday sale. Well the order took almost 2 months to arrive which was fine bc it wasnt a holiday or birthday present for anybody. Then I tried to place an order again this *********** payment processor kept declining my charges and the order wouldnt go through. They must had know this problem and came up with a generic message that they sent to their customers stating that they dont know why their payment processor declined my payment and advised me to contact my credit card company. Then I called my credit card company and was told that its the merchants payment systems issue and not my credit card. So my guess is they probably have order issues or operational issues, so they are shutting down their payment system to not let any orders to go through. But they are not sharing any details with their customers. I do love their products despite all the unnecessary additives, fragrances and colors. They are probably not that effective vs other products like the skin ceutucals.However, with so many poor customer service experiences, I decided to look for other brands instead. Instead of continuing to support them by buying the products in Sephora.

    This is the worst company!!!! I have sent 4 emails to the return email address for Glow Recipe and to get my refund for my money back on an item, that smells completely awful to even put on my face (Strawberry Drops) and they haven't responded to any emails. I already had an issue with them, 2 weeks prior to receiving the item, which was never added to my original order and same issue. No response to any of the emails that are listed on the Glow Recipe website and had to file a complaint to just get a response! Now I'm past my window of refund for this terrible item that I can't even use and after 4, yes 4 emails, still NO RESPONSE!!!

    ***** is a disgusting excuse for customer service. They took 6 business days to respond and treat you like s*** like it's a personal attack you had an issue with your order. I kept submitting email request because it's the only way to contact them and the same f****** a****** ***** was responding. No I went to social media and commented on their page and next thing you know I get an email telling me not to comment on the social media. 0/5 stars. I've been buying since 2019 will never buy again.

    I want to thank the wonderful people at Glow Recipe especially A. He went above and beyond for me way more than I ever expected. I was refunded for a late order and ws able to keep products for free. A was so friendly and kind the whole time. I asked if I could thank him by leave a review for them anywhere and was directed here. I truly appreciate the whole team and Ill always come back!

    *************************** is extremely passive aggressive. They manipulate what you are asking/stating to get a rise from you and seem to always blame shift a customers concerns, in their reviews, back to the consumer. When i asked them not to contact me again they didnt respect the request and needed to get in their last .2 cents with a we are sorry you feel that way. Horrible business practices as well as a copious amount of training needed for customer service in this company.
