      This company has scammed me for the last time. Rude agents who only tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign on the dotted line and then it's too late. Requested a discount for early payoff and was told that needed to be requested *prior* to funding (which makes no sense, why would I need to request an early payoff if I haven't received funding yet.) Also was promised an opportunity to delay payments a week after funding, but when I requested it was told it wasn't possible. The agent then rudely told me it wasn't his problem because he was in sales, and it's up to the account manager. That also should have been made clear when he gave me the promise that I would be able to. Now I've requested assistance and the only answers I get back are rude.

      I am attaching recent emails on this loan that has been settled in full since July 2023. This ordeal is not making any sense. Last month, when I emailed and spoke with ******, it was the understanding that this account was settled in full, which is the only way and reason a letter to have the lien and UCC released would have gone out. Even on your B2C website, it illustrated the same thing of being paid in full, which laughingly I am not able to access anymore to get a screenshot. Further if this was due at that time, it would have been withdrawn at that same week. The last payment was made on Wednesday so at the very least the next day Thursday, you all would have taken this payment out. I have no idea what type of tricks were made and done for this account to have this singularly payment due but it is false. I am attaching screenshots of that final correspondence with ******. Also, ********, you yourself this morning just verified via telephone call that this account had a ZERO BALANCE and you were going to send an email and letter of that conversation. A stop payment will be issued on this payment, as it is NOT valid or legitimate.

      Biz2credit has put an accidental lien on my square account on February 23rd 2023 at 5:30 am. They took the $2058 from my square checking account and continued to take payments of $500 from my personal account. A woman by the name of *************************** told me over the phone the the **** was a mistake and they will be stopping all automatic payments until further notice. Today, March 6th 2023 6pm I called a man by the name of *********** who is in charge of my account and asked if they had stopped all automatic payments. He told me no they cant until Square sends us the money. So tomorrow they will be taking $500 out of my account even after they accidentally took $2058 from my square. No one seems to know whats going on on the Biz2credit team. Everyone pretends that they have no answers and there is nothing that they can do. I am a small black owned business and my business is being affected by the actions of Biz2Credit who also goes by the name Itria.

      I obtained a merchant cash advance from ************** through Biz2credit. The payments were to be taken from my account daily. After paying the daily payments for more than 2 months (over half of balance), I had a few payments not go through. They filed a lien, and sent notice of lien to a company I contract for and several other parties including my personal PayPal, credit card processor and cashapp. They were paid the balance of the mca and the amount of the lien on November 2 by the company I do contract work for. However, they continued to withdraw the daily payments ($79/day) after being paid. The total withdraw over the lien amount was a little more than $2300. I continuously inquired about this over-collect. I rarely got responses but when I did, I was told were keeping it for collection fees. I asked for a statement from Itria ventures and was given a list of amounts that was typed into a word document. In the meantime, my portal through biz2credit shows a zero balance but doesnt show the entire amount collected . It shows fees but not the over-collected funds. The liens are still in place and my accounts are frozen. *** been told we sent letters but my account holders are telling me different. Im now being ignored. I need these accounts released and I would like a detailed statement as to where the additional funds collected went.

      I have a past due balance with Biz2Credit of ******. I made an agreement for the funds from my Square Merchant account to be released for $800 with their collections representative. They sent a letter of direction and I signed it. I should have read carefully, because the letter of direction did not state the amount that was to be withdrawn. When I spoke to Square, they said the letter said the full balance in my account. Additionally invoices had been paid since the agreement was made. To date, there is over $8000 in my merchant account. The full balance due to Biz2credit is approximately $5400, which is evidenced by the *** letter attached that they sent to multiple parties. Biz2credit wouldn't even be entitled to the full amount in my Square account however ************** from Biz2credit is attempting to get the full $8k. That is fraudulent. He will not correct the letter of direction so I had to send a letter to Square directly and copy him. Now, my business is not able to operate, our working capital is being held and I could potentially go out of business. I cannot get anyone on the phone in *****************. ************** is in a call center in Asia. I attempted to reach out to the attorney for Biz2Credit in ******** and have not received a response. Their lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to rectify the situation has crippled my business. Them sending letters to third parties for a mere $745 in arrears is unethical and interferes with my business operations. This company is a fraud. It has a ******** address but its real time day to day operations is off shore. When I spoke to ******************************* (the only person in the US I could reach) she had no idea what was going on and had to reach out to the off shore operation to have one of them call me back. It is a fraud.

       The matter was never escalated. It has been weeks and the matter has not been resolved. The account specialist sent letters to parties who are not current clients and had no receivable accounts. The business response is NOT responsive to the Complaint in any substantive way and should be rejected. Again, this is how this company does business. They provide their employees and/or representatives with scripted answers that are no responsive and do not take responsibility for their failures. I spoke to ****************** and she informed me that all 8 of the liens that was on your account has been terminated. There was a hold-up from legal to provide the stamp and approval on all 8 liens, but rest assured that we were actively working on it and it has been resolved. ****************** has emailed you about this update as well.       The Complaint stands.  The manner in which this business handled these issues is unacceptable and the public should be aware.  Letters were sent to clients.  I asked for a list of those clients so that I can ensure that they were aware that the liens were removed months ago. I still haven't received that.  Again, the damage to the business has been substantial.  The release of lien does not repair the same.  The businesses refusal to advise me of who they sent these letters to does not help me repair it.  

      The response does not repair the damage that Biz2Credit has done.

      This company provides business loans. I missed acouple payments this company was sending out letter to my coustomers. Froze my money accounts they are still taking payments out while my acc is frozen. They used my personal information from what I've been told by others from other company's they can't take money out of my personal account for a business loan. But they filed a lien and im still paying on the loan this is predatory practice. File a lien and still taking money out if my personal acc the only way I knew about this my coustomer contacted me because what they got in the mail. I was never sent anything and failure to reach me on this matter.

All they did was tell me that their process is delayed because they have many Consumers. However, This is is still not completed, and I have still heard nothing from them even though the exchange of service is open. At its highest delay, it would take 2-3 weeks and its been over a month.       I received a message this complaint was closed. However, this was not addressed nor was it resolved or offered a resolution. Biz 2 Credit is affecting many people because they are offering a service, requiring an application and approving that application after Full Credit checks, and then they are not following through with providing anything.not even a response. This is not related to a financial opportunity, it is related to customers credit being negatively impacted after a hard check, and receiving nothing once that has been done. Countles claims have been made against Biz2Credit for approving applications and striking customers credit, then stringing them along while they offer no information as to why there has been nothing provided behind the approval. This is done maliciously to improve reputation of approvals, but then further being selective once they have access to banking records and reviewing consumer information until the time frame to execute has run out or the customer cancels. This is an abuse of power, and fraudulently gaining access to consumer banking information to ultimately benefit on financial gain.

      I received the lowest offer of funds than other companies. How's that possible? It's almost insulting! I'm glad I did not receive their offer as a first position loan.They also can't take NO for an answer. It's incredibly annoying! I told one of the funding specialists that I was no longer interested in a loan. He responded, asking to move forward. Seriously!?? Constantly calling & emailing me asking for a loan when I rejected them. I also thought my information was removed from their system. Until finally, someone did.And all their positive reviews are due to them removing the negative ones. Therefore, no one can share their experience or truth with this company.
