    I got multiple solicited texts and when I finally responded to one I wound up submitting my application and statements only to not hear back from anyone at all for 3 days. However the solicitation texts didnt stop.. so I replied to one asking for a human only to get a sarcastic response saying I am human mister, are you. So I called ****** of and a girl answered laughing and said please dont be mad at me and then the phone proceeded to break up so I hung up and she texted back I love you. I also texted and called the cell phone number of who was supposedly my account executive, he has an iPhone and it said delivered so I know I they were just being ignored. I also tried to call the numbers on the website and just got through the ivr to voicemail. This company is a joke and should not be worked with at all.

    These people harass you with texts, calls, emails - Ive never applied, never asked to do business with them and have asked them 50+ times to not contact me. Filing a civil complaint.

    I know I cant leave names because it will blur them out but by far the worst company I have delt with. I have now called them 3 times left messages and emails that the "owner" said to do on google and still no response. I have been wronged by this company and opened 6 MCA accounts and 2 Reconciliation accounts. I now have people coming at me with demand letters wanting their money and I cant get an email back. My company is spending almost $21,913 per week or $87,652 per month. I have had one account manager who was either fired or quit. Then assigned a new account manager that got me another MCA account then right after opened another Reverse Reconciliation, Then i was told by the Senor Director that also tired to get me another 15k MCA account said "I know, it's a terrible deal. This is just something they said they had. I would suggest against ever taking any MCAs." Then told there was nothing he could do about all these accounts. This is humanly the worse thing to do to a company and another human being trying to make ends meet and I cant even get a response or a call back and I'm trying to be nice about this but its not going anywhere. I would actually love to have a call back rather then a email. You guys have my file and have all my contact information. Thank You

    Do NOT! I repeat DO NOT use this funding company! Back in July I was looking for funding to get out of my current MCA and of course many business owners get a lot of calls. I finally started looking for a new funder to pay off the *** and get me into a monthly payment with some working capital. Well a guy name ***** ******* worked with me through a so called financial bank called *** ******* and he got me approved and told me that the bank didnt like working with my current ******** and needed to find a different bank to work with to consolidate my debt, which he did through the ******* Merchant. I told ***** that the weekly payment were way too high for me and he assured me that this was how the deal goes and that essentially once I got the approved funding, he would buy out my deal from the other ***. Well, come to find out *** ******* is not real. No one at the ******* Merchant knew anyone named ***** *******. But they did tell me that Premium Merchant Funding was the company who pushed through my application and there was two gentlemen on my application ******* and *******, who said they were working with me, who Ive never spoken to or had knowledge of before. I never got the deal that I was promised ($650,000) and I got stuck with $20,000 payments a week. This is just a warning to anyone who gets approached by this company with their false promises to get you out of *** debt they will put you in more *** debt than you had before. I was told by the smarter merchant that what was promised to me was illegal and actually that company does a lot of work with them so if you guys arent doing any deals, please make sure you read the fine print of whatever they have you signing because they will lie and tell you that you get discounts that arent there. Beware of the scammers in that office!
