      Radiant Solar did my solar for me since spring of 2023. My solar have not been connected. I now have to pay two exorbitant bills. The loan which I took from mosaic and my regular electricity bill. Im calling radiant solar to come and complete the job so I can get connection and they are not responding. I need resolution to this problem. Its draining me financially. Can some one please help.

      Radiant Solar provided exceptional service from the initial consultation with sales team to the final installation. The team was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Im already seeing the benefits with lower energy bills, and the system looks great on my roof. Im recommending them to my friends.

      I had a great experience with Radiant Solar. Sales *** explained everything step by step, easy approval for finance, permits, PTO done pretty fast. Installation was no sweat. Crew leader was very courteous and professional. Guys were done within one day. They passed the inspection, set up the monitoring. I definitely will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

      Bad solar installation. They lack any sense of loyalty and will desert you when you ask for assistance. Beware Radiant Solar.

      Radiant Solar have a very bad customer service system.It has been more than a year since they installed the solar panels and up to now it has not been working as shouldve. Have been calling every other week for the past year and no progress. Only promises. Mosaic the company who finance the solar panels will be deducting payments from my account from next month for a system that doesnt work. Really frustrated dont know what to do next.

      Radiant solar is not a reliable company. It took over a year to complete the insulation process. I was paying the light company and the solar company my monthly bill. This was a lot of money I didnt have. Insulation have completed and now my roof is leaking radiant solar claims its not their fault. It is impossible to fix the roof with the panel. Am left with water coming down in my bedroom this is too much.*******************************

      DO NOT USE THEM!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. You will not be able to get in contact with anyone if you run into any issues. For some reason, any number used to try and contact them is disconnected.

      I have to call back radiant solar about my problem,,, Im still pay my regular electric bill with con ** !!!is been about 10 months I have the installation!!!! I dont get any phone call back from radiant solar and mosaic from no body!!!! The department of building can to my house for three time !!!solar panel fail the inspection!!! My contract is for about ****** dollar !!! This is ridiculous how I going to pay for something the its not even working!!! If any one know a good lawyer!!! This way I can get my case to courts Thxs
