So I purchased a package and was paying down in small increments for my package. To begin with the owner *****, told me that the package price included all taxes and fees. Yet when I made my "last" payment she added additional taxes and fees. She did NOT account for one of my payments, which was 100 with 3 tip, totaling 103. There was a gap in my service with the pandemic of more than a year. Therefore, when I actually started service in January of 2021. I had lost track of my payments. A caveat to this is that ***** repeatedly cut my sessions short most times by more than 15 minutes. This was one of the reasons that I decided that to buy another package with her. I did however, buy a Groupon which she had previously stated I could purchase once per year. However, when I went for service on December 5, 2023, she stated I could not. Therefore, I reminded her that there was an overcharge. She went to look into the records and up until she told me to leave, she could not account for my payment. The law requires her to do proper accounting both state and federal authorities. Additionally, as a matter of proper business practices.I also had one more session of compression therapy that I will need her to refund to me as she has created a hostile environment and has already refused to service me. On a matter of principle, if she does not refund the 100 plus additional fees and taxes, the last session of compression therapy ($35) on or before January 15, ****, I will be suing her in small claims court. I do not appreciate her unethical business practices, which is theft!
