    I paid for services that were not completed and the business closed down without contacting their clients or issuing refunds.

    I bought a package of 8 flex laser sessions that didnt expire on 2019, due to covid on 2020 I couldnt start the treatment, I Texted on July 8th, 2020 and they informed me they were closed but responding to messages, towards the end of that year I was pregnant and couldnt start the treatment either. I was confirmed on 8/4/2020 the expiration date for my package was extended to 8/10/2022. On 10/13/2021 I attempted to schedule and appointment through the phone and via text and didnt receive a response. I went to the location and found the place was permanently closed. I reached the other location via DM on instagram and they asked me to give my name, phone and email and Deify would contact me regarding options moving forward. As of today nobody has contacted me at all. I have attached screenshots of the text messages and emails with the payment information as well as the conversation via instagram.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Deify Laser & Beauty Lounge regarding complaint ID ********.

    What is the next step? Can I speak to someone at BBB about this? 

    If you are posting my complaint with the screenshots I shared with the complaint there is one that has my full name, phone and email address, I don't want that one published since I don't want my personal information to be shared in the BBB web-page.
