Company repeatedly sends 'notices' demanding ***** times the value of 'stock' despite my repeated demands they cease and desist sending me these notices. This has gone on for at leas two years and they refused to stop. It is bad enough they are aware I live overseas working for the *** and have NO ACCESS to the forms they keep demanding from me but to inundated me with weekly mail after I explicitly demanded they cease and desist is borderline illegal as it costs significant time and money to iterate and reiterate to anyone in the US receiving these nearly weekly notices send for over a year despite demands they cease and desist that the letters border on extortion for recovering 'stock value' related to a merger for stocks for which I had no physical access to paperwork (e.g. stock certificates, etc).

The company continues to inundate me with paper mail basically stating I have to turn documentation over them to recover about five dollars in value however the cost of recovering the five dollars in value will cost me in the neighborhood of $50-$100. I have repeated to them that I want to cease  receiving these letters because there is no reasonable action that can be taken by the customer to recover these monies and they continue to ignore those communications and continue to send me letters.

Got letter that my address needed to be updated and I had an uncashed dividend check. i was asked if I wished to have the check re-issued. I updated my address and requested the check. I got a letter that they re-issued the check but the entire amount of the check went to fees. They also cashed two shares of stock and kept that as fees. This doesn't sound like a legitimate transaction as there was no mention or documentation of the fees they paid themselves.

    Hello ********************,

In response to your inquiry, your original account was transferred from *********************** to *********************************, per your instructions on the completed documentation submitted to us for processing your account.

I have attached a copy of the paperwork submitted for your review. Additionally, I have highlighted your selection, and the locations where our fees are disclosed and explained based on your election should you request to have your account reregistered.

I hope this helped put your mind at ease knowing that this was in fact a valid transaction. Also, as a courtesy, I would like to offer you a refund for the two shares sold ($277.18).

Please advise if this is acceptable to you.

    Best regards,

March 11, 2021 received document from Link regarding my unexchanged ****** ***************** stocks. I also received a call from a person stating she was doing a follow-up call regarding the document. (Don't recall her name). The document referenced 67 shares but I held 200 shares. I completed the document and mailed it back to Link. I also enclosed the 200 shares certificate but I did not sign the back of the shares certificate because I was not cashing out these shares only exchanging them for ****** ***************** (New) stocks. After sending the completed document and including the stock certificate, I have not heard nor received any correspondence/telephone call from Link. I have not received any money from Link. Researching both certificates (shares for 67 and 200) online show they do not exist.
