    I entered a contest by the aforementioned company. I did not receive all the items, in particular a coupon for a free Nectar mattress. There were a few other items, not got,. but mostly concerned about the mattress.I have sent countless emails, for this. The mattress, was over $1K.So, they said they would send me a coupon for that, since I won it fair and square, and it was not in either box I received.Instead, they sent me a 40% off coupon. That is not what I won!!!Bad enough that several coupons for free items, were missing, but to send me a 40% coupon, off a mattress that was supposed to be free, is infuriating. Now, I want all items I did not receive. The coupons for free Cascade, Organic Valley product, Pasta **** , ***** coupon, Also my ***** cream was missing the patches. I believe that is all.They can issue me a check, if they are out of the mattress coupon. Not my fault, that their staff stole items from my box. They need to give me what I won. I deserve a replacement.

    We confirm that this customer did indeed win a bundle of the ********************* that won our award in 2023, in a special giveaway we ran on our website and social media accounts, and we communicated with her via email about her concerns. She was sent the same exact prize bundle as the other 9 winners of the giveaway, which included many of the 2023-winning products. Our winning brands have the option to participate in the giveaway by providing a representation of their winning product of their choosing within the bundle. The winning mattress company opted to represent their product with a 40% off coupon; there was never any mention or guarantee of a free mattress in our giveaway messaging. At her request via email, she was sent a second 40% off mattress coupon, as she stated the item was not originally received. This giveaway does not require any purchase, cost, charge for shipping, or commitment to our company in any way after winning this giveaway.

    Nectar Sleep Nectar Premier Mattress coupon ******* was the cost of the mattress. It was included in the total **** I only received a 40% off coupon, can this be considered fraud????

    This person, is telling a falsehood, so they do not have to replace what I did not receive.

    I tried calling, but their vm was full, they never clear it.
