    Hello. I recently place an online order from Palais Des Thes. Unfortunately, there were some items missing from my order/package. The package wasn't tampered with (the items weren't stolen). It just seems that there was a mistake and some of the items I ordered and paid for were not sent to me. I contacted Palais Des Thes asking for a refund for the missing items - but they have not issued me a refund.My Palais Des Thes order number in question is: ********* And the order was placed on November 23, 2023.

    The customer first contacted customer service claiming that they did not receive their package. When provided with proof of delivery from ****** the customer then corrected themselves to say that the order did arrive but was missing items. We then requested that the customer share with us which items were missing so that we may provide a replacement. The customer responded that they would prefer a refund but again did not say which items were missing. After asking once more, the customer let us know that it was the two advent calendars that were not included. The customer also confirmed that the package was not tampered with. After further investigation with ***** and our warehouse fulfillment team, we concluded that the customer's order was delivered with the correct weight at delivery. With sufficient proof of delivery, per our company policy, we offered the customer a store credit which they accepted.
