    I was contacted and selected by GLO Science to participate in a focus group about their products in exchange for a $50 Amazon gift card. I attended the focus group on November 13, 2023. I did not receive the compensation after 30 days and began contacting GLO Science customer service in December. After several emails, on January 3, 2024 I was told in email by the customer service representative "I have heard back from the team and the amazon gift card is being sent. They have told me it can take about 2 weeks but it is currently being processed." After 2 weeks when I still had not received the gift card I started emailing again with absolutely no response at all to any of my emails. I then called their customer service at ************ with no response. Today, February 5, 2024, it has been ~3 months since the focus group and over a month since I was told this matter was resolved and the Amazon gift card was being sent to me. I emailed GLO Science customer service and let them know I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for dispute resolution.

    We saw a deal that was being promoted for Christmas gifts on View Your DEAL on **** Half price for a teeth whitening system with fabulous results.on OCT 3 We bought two and gave them to our adult children for Christmas. They both tried them several times as recommended within a month of receiving them. Neither of them were at all pleased with the results. They didnt see any results. These were $99.50 each..we purchased two We tried to find the info of where to contact someone. We only have the receipt from our credit card statement. We were never sent any other kind of receipt from the company. My wife and I both tried to call the company to inquire about returning them and we were told..For a REFUND, you must return them within 30 days!We bought them in Oct. They were being promoted as a Christmas present at the time. How can they be tried and returned within 30 days? We really had no one to reach out to and once we did the answer we got about returning them were not helpful at all.

    I contacted the company multiple times, as you can read from the attachments. I sent letters to the address stated on their website. These were returned back to me as "Not Deliverable As Addressed" and "Unable To Forward". I have emailed multiple times and, as you can see, had an on-line chat where someone was supposed to get back to me. They did not respond to any of my requests for them to contact me.
