    I am an employee of The _____ _____ of ***************** and I have been our of the country working on a project for the past 9 months. Before I left the ** i set my bills on auto pay. I returned to the states in Feb 2025. I found this company, Bioverse, has been charging my Amex Card approx. $300 a month. I have never heard of this company and I certainly never signed up for anything. I have called Bioverse at least 20 times, they either do not answer or hang up on me. Bioverse has charged me a total of $2400. and I wanted it refunded immediately.

    On March 21, I placed an order for 3 months of tirzepatide. The amount of $702 was immediately charged to my card. Delivery was supposed to be 7 days. Today is April 2 still no medication. No update outside of pharmacy processing. I have sent several emails and have yet to receive a response. I can't get through by phone. I really wish I had read the reviews and complaints first. I never would have ordered. Now 12 days later, I just want a refund.

    I have paid for the product an have been waiting for almost a month now an Everytime I email bioverse all I get is a message back saying they are having trouble with their computers

    Dear *** ****************** understand your frustration, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify this situation. Based on your attached screenshot, the company you placed your order with is not affiliated with us (we sell pond and manure pit treatments, not medications).  Please note that their web address is **************************** and ours is **************************. We are aware that they have been using our companys name for over a year and we have finally been forced to take legal steps to stop them.

    I sincerely regret the confusion and inconvenience this has caused you. Since we have no affiliation with this company, we are unable to process refunds for their transactions. I recommend that you contact your payment provider (credit card company, ******, etc.) to dispute the charge and request a refund.

    If you need any assistance in distinguishing our legitimate business from this other entity, please feel free to reach out. Again, I truly empathize with your situation and hope you are able to resolve this matter quickly.

    On 3/9/25 Bioverse promised me the compounded *********** I just purchased will arrive in 7 days. As of 3/19/25 nothing has arrived, but they did post to my credit card. I emailed them asking when this will ship. They responded with a *** tracking number (which I already had). The *** website says they do not have the item.

    After reviewing the details of your complaint, I want to clarify that Bioverse, **** (**************************) is not affiliated in any way with the company you ordered from. The company youre referring to operates under the domain **************************, which is misusing our companys name.

    To make matters worse, they have configured their communication system to send emails to ********************************** legitimate email addresswithin their backend email responses, which is further misleading and confusing to consumers.

    We are actively working with legal counsel to address this situation and protect our customers and our brand. Unfortunately, because we are not connected to that company in any way, we have no ability to access order details, shipping records, or issue refunds.

    I highly recommend contacting your credit card provider to dispute the charge and initiate a refund process. If you need help confirming that the company you dealt with is not us, I would be happy to assist in any way I can.
    Again, Im truly sorry that youve been caught in the middle of this, and I hope the situation is resolved quickly on your behalf.

    I was perscribed GLP-1 for weight loss and was told the meds would ship March 21. I contacted the company on March 21 and they told me they would be shipping the medication soon. I did not hear so I contacted them again on March 25. They did not respond through the patient portal. I emailed them via email on March 25 as well. They responded saying they would get back to me. At this point, I want a refund and want to go with a provider who is reliable and doesn't lie about sending me medication. I spent $289.00 for 3 months of the medication.

The company in question operates under the domain **************************, which is not associated with us.

    Unfortunately, they appear to have used our nameand even our legitimate email address, ********************************* the backend of their email system (Zendesk), which has led to significant confusion among consumers. We have taken formal steps to address this misuse of our name and are currently working with legal counsel to resolve the situation.

    We completely understand how this could be misleading and frustrating. Since we are not connected to that company, we do not have access to their systems or transaction history, and are therefore unable to assist with refunds. We recommend that you contact your payment provider to dispute the charge and request a refund.

    I ordered Semiglutide on Sunday, March 16, 2025. The price listed online was vastly different from the price they charged me. I cancelled the order within 12 hours. I have spoken to their support serveral times and sent several emails regarding a refund and keep getting the runaround.

    I placed an order with Bioverse on 3/1/2025 for a prescription, they approved my prescription on 3/3/25. When i placed my order they said i will receive my order within 7 business days. It has now been 11 business days and this company has done nothing to resolve the issue. As of today the status of my prescription still says processing by the pharmacy. I have made several attempts to contact them and all they keep saying is the prescription will be mailed when it is done processing at the pharmacy. I keep asking why it is taking so long for the pharmacy to process. I sent another message on 3/13/25 with no response. I also tried calling and they don't answer saying due to high call volume and they do not offer to call you. I just want to cancel with a full refund.

    I was accepted for a ******* prescription they took 477 15 out of my bank account on February 25, 2025 I was told that I should receive it in 1 week. It never came sent several emails and each email was told 3 different stories. I finally called them after 3 weeks and was told they will get back to me and that never happened.. I asked them to give me a refund ASAP and that never happened

    I placed an order on Feb ******* and was told the order would be delivered in 7 days. The order still had not shipped so I called and was told they canceled the order when it initially was placed and I was never refunded and they did not know the order was cancelled until I called. I didnt want the order cancelled because I wanted the product. They claim they resubmitted the order and I would have the order asap. They still do not know when my order will ship and they refuse to reach out to where its shipping from to find out where it is. I call and leave messages and have had no response , they do not answer messages on their portal or reply to emails. Very poor customer services and it appears they are a scam and fraudulent. They should not be allowed to do business if they can not live up to their end of the deal and ship out the product. ***** also told me by phone the pharmacy my order is coming from is being watched by them because they dont send the product like they should and they do not fill orders. Instead of sending orders to a better pharmacy they continue to do orders with this one who is not filling orders. They have no empathy for taking peoples money and not providing a service. At this point I am two weeks out from my initial order and still do not have the product with no resolution in sight.

    Items purchased still hasn't shipped and communication is suddenly "slow", it seems like I keep getting different versions of the same reply with no real resolution. A refund or what I ordered.
