    I had a very negative experience with this company. Initially, I was quoted $99 for the first month of medication. However, after they collected my personal information, the price unexpectedly increased to $149. Once I provided my billing details, the cost was raised again to $199 without clear explanation.The customer service was equally frustrating. When I attempted to express my concerns, I was placed on hold indefinitely until I gave up and hung up. When I called back to request a supervisor, I was told I had to provide all of my information again before they could connect me. After doing so, I was once again placed on hold for an extended period, with no resolution.I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company.

    Rex MD is a total scam. They lure you in with a low price to get started, but when you want to cancel, they make it virtually impossible. Couldn't find contact info on their site, so I left a message for my Doctor to cancel. I FINALLY found a support email address. Sent them a message but of course...NO RESPONSE. Sure enough, the next cycle, another $255 taken from my debit card and they say that by law, they can't take the product back, even though I never opened the package. DO NOT do business with these scam artists.

    Didnt loose much weight after 6 months I switched companies! Also the doctor barely answered my question. Dont bother go with a company where the medication will work and you have medical advice when you need it.

    I ordered the semiglutide for weight loss. I had used ******* in the past. Therefore, I know what the results should feel like. With ******* the "food noise" went away within the first week, as did all food cravings. The stuff supplied by Rex MD has absolutely NO effect; it might as well be just water (which it may be). It not only does it NOT silence the "food noise," but has stimulated my appetite so I feel hungry much more often.Based on my experience, this company is a TOTAL SCAM.

    I received a shipment I did not order. **************** is not very good. Cannot access a live person to clarify the issue and discontinue doing business with this company.

    Rip off! They get you to sign up online since it's convenient. Here is the catch, it's a recurring subscription. First order $8, second order without my knowledge was $72 Basically a RIPOFF!

    RexMD... seriously? What are you thinking? I was a 5-star customer who turned into a ****** customer. You got my money for the 1st month, and that was all I agreed to. But no... you got greedy and kept billing me until I had to CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD, which was the only way to escape your evil billing clutches. You would be profitable and highly rated if you had better cancellation policies. You refunded 1 of the 2 amounts in dispute, but chose the much smaller amount to refund. These stemmed from the same issue, and both should have been refunded.

    What can I say that the hundreds of others haven't already? This is a scam! The product doesn't work. If someone says it does, they must be being paid. And they rely on reading mouse-type fine print to let you know that the initial price will almost double unless you happen to notice that they have signed you up for an ongoing subscription. ******** customer service. Buyer BEWARE. (You know it's a scam when the product's website doesn't allow for reviews like reputable ones do.)

    Absolutely horrible company Run away & keep your money If I could give them zero stars I would.. Product was garbage and they wont return my $650 I would never recommend doing business with them at all

    Refusing to give me my money back and I literally requested to cancel the order 5 min into buying. Company should be shut down.
