    Zealthy had taken money off of my debit card before I decided on completing the application with no final approval or confirmation and this was with an incomplete application .

    Little hard understanding total price. Ordered, shipped and received everything in one box for 3 months supply. Excellent support. Excellent information. Excellent quality. No problems at all

    This company is a likely fraud. I ordered medication and was given verification in writing that I would receive said medication in a week. It never arrived. 21 days later I asked for a refund and they refused saying it was "out of their hands" and that a refund could only come from the pharmacy. However, they refused to share the pharmacy information so I wasn't able to contact this mysterious pharmacy who charged me for medication they never had any intention of providing. Even when I told them I would file a dispute, they refused to issue a reimbursement. I spoke to CVS, Women's Pharmacy and Fullscript, all of whom said they do not charge for a medication until the prescription is filled and the bar code on the container is scanned. So for this "pharmacy" to charge me for a medication they admitted they didn't have on hand was fraudulent. To not immediately issue a reimbursement seems criminal. My bank has now taken over. Avoid Zealthy at all costs. Their customer service department has never had any training and are completely useless. They have no experience in conflict resolution and generally speaking copy and paste prewritten responses repeatedly. It's honestly not worth the headache. There are plenty of reputable companies on the market. Use them.

    Ive had a Wonderful experience with Zealthy. I answered their questionnaire and had medication sent and a doctor/nurse answer my questions promptly.

    This company emails me up to 7 times a day, sends me multiple text messages as well. I have unsubscribed to all 164 emails, stopped the texts and made *********************************************** it still continues after 60 days. Emails are still continuing....Every call I make, is a total and complete waste of time. They processed orders without my consent, charged my card and told me that I re-subscribed to their product, totally false! It took me 30 days to get my money back. Stay away from this business!!

    Zealthy charged me $49 as a first month incentive and then an additional $139 for the medication. It took forever to get the medication despite the promise of a quick turnaround. Once I received the medication, inconsistent consulting and minimal if any communication from my alleged team was the norm. I decided to cancel my subscription. And then was still charged for an additional month. I have yet to receive a refund and the story continues to change on Zealthys end. I consider this theft.

    Run away scam. They never answer phone, just text you unanswered questions. The charge you membership for 3 months then charge you for 3 months unathorized prescription before I even heard if my insurance would cover. They are not responding for my refund. I would give 0 if I could.

    They charged my credit card before I even finished filling out the forms and committing. Then they charged me 965 for meds even though they said no charges till you see a Dr. ********** my bank put a ***** stop on that m still trying to get back the first charge of 49.

    I paid for 3 months upfront because this company was offering 20% off when doing so. When the 3rd month came, I was ignored until I was then charged a membership fee for a 4th month. I have continued to get various reasons why my medicine isnt being sent and it has been over a month and a half now. I have placed phone calls and submitted messages on their patient portal (the preferred method of communication with this company). I have been writing daily for the last couple of weeks. I gave them $1000 upfront. The first two months went great but once I took my credit card number out of their system this is what started this refusal to sent what I paid for upfront. I would like to just get what I paid for.
