Emailed the decision to TAMConnect on 21st March, and no response yet, and scores still remain unreleased. I did follow up on my email, which was sent on 21st March, but no response at all. Despite multiple follow-ups with College Board customer service, I keep hearing the issue has been escalated, yet no one has contacted us, and the scores remain unreleased. I've never encountered such appalling customer serviceutterly frustrating. They merely ask us to wait 1015 minutes, only to repeat the same scripted responses as previous representatives.

Absolute trash I've changed my password once and I put in my new password when I was in the practice portal and it won't let me sign in; This is what it says, " The email address or password entered is not valid". I've tried everything my school email and my personal email still says the same thing. STEER CLEAR!!! you're better off with ACT. Collegeboard don't tell me "No College Board account was located for the student".

I went to set up my student for the SAT on ************************. The website is never working correctly and when I called for technical help and help signing up for the SAT they could not help me and apparently it is impossible to actually find someone to help fix the website. I signed up for the December test because the website said that the November test was full. But then we find out in December that the website DID sign us up for the November Test! What! They would not allow me to transfer the cost of the test over to a new test. Then when they asked for me to do a questionnaire after my talk apparently the buttons on my phone would not register. Right!

This is the first time in my life that I have ever expressed a bad review about any company, institution, anything. Im currently applying to graduate school, of which colleges need the ** scores in order to accept the application. First, I faxed the form, called to see if the fax was received, and was told to call back in 3-5 business days which is a horrible process because then if the form is not received, it would take ANOTHER 3-5 business days to find out if it is even received. Then to say that it takes 15 days to simply send out the scores is outrageous! That means that you have to wait 5-7 on top of the 15 days to even get it in the mail. On top of it Im paying 25 dollars to get a score that takes an average of 30 days to even be sent to me. I cannot understand how the scores cant be emailed instead of mailed, which would only save your organization money. Also for students that are applying to colleges, run the risk of not even getting accepted pending that their scores will take about 30 days to be received by the college if they took a test before 2018, which accounts for all the students going to graduate and doctorate school. Clearly your organization does not see the importance of these students education because you archived their scores and made the process so long and frustrating to be apart of.

I took the October SAT, but the our testing location had to evacuate the center mid-test because someone had pulled the fire alarm. We were told by the ******* at the end of the test to write our names on a piece of paper if we wanted to cancel our scores and set up a makeup exam. I wrote my name on the paper, and after 2 weeks received nothing from College Board. I called *** customer service and was told I would receive info on a makeup exam sometime before October 19th. I did receive an email, however I was told that I could only make a complaint on the 4 business day after the test, and all other complaints before or after that date would be null. Complaints SHOULD NOT be limited to a specific date. Doing so makes filing complaints incredibly difficult and adds an unnecessary layer of confusion. Long story short, if you want to file a complaint with College Board, make sure you read the mountains of fine print before you even bother wasting your time with this company.

WiFi issues prevented several students from taking the SAT on August 24 at ***. The test administrator said there would be a makeup test in September. I filled out the email contact form on Collegeboard.org, received an email asking for more information, but then nothing. I have emailed several times per week since then with no response. I would like to know when affected students will receive a refund or have a free makeup test date.

I have been receiving College Board emails for years and it all started with my oldest child. I receives an email about signing my child up for the SAT. I clicked on the email using my email address and purchased the test for $68.00. The website did NOT clearly show the $30.00 fee to cancel or ask for a refund. A week after my College Board purchase, my child's high school is now having the test so I do not need to take the day off to drive my child, she does not need to skip out on volleyball practice to drive across town and she could take the test during school hours at HER school. They were on the phone with me for 20 minutes asking 100 questions ALL of which were highly personal -- just to find my purchase of the test!! I have the receipt and purchase order number!! Ridiculous. I also am trying to reset password and it DOES NOT WORK. I have waited over a week to reset my account and NOTHING. Call your school - do not waste time with College Board. $30 just to refund my purchase when it is 8 months in advance. I will unsubscribe and tell all my parent friends not to bother.

The company implemented a new payment method called Raise. For proctors to be paid, they had to onboard with the Raise app. Because my last name sounds like a company name, instead of an individuals, the app would not accept my banking info. That wasnt the super frustrating part. For DAYS I have been going between being on hold, e-mailing, & waiting for a return ************** has been resolved. The company they outsourced customer service to cannot help with ************ issues. Therefore, I cannot get paid.
