      I subscribed for a 30 day trial on November 23th 2023 and I canceled it on December 23rd 2023. I have screenshots showing my account as expired and as the subscription as cancelled. I kept receiving emails for the next two months asking me to come back. I have no account or login on the site (it says my email is a new account). When I checked my credit card they kept charging me on December 26th and Jan 24th and Feb 24th. When I sent them screen shots of the account as expired they said it is not expired and that I need to login (but there is no account or login). This seems like fraud on the part of the company and they refuse to acknowledge the screenshots and printouts. I have filed a complaint with *********** as well.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Asia TV USA Ltd. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:


      I had to contact the business 4 times...they kept telling me that I needed to cancel my account and I didn't even have a login. I think the threat of reporting them to the BBB had them eventually cancel and refund for 1 month rather than the three months but my credit card company refunded me for the remaining two months after I sent them information...
