      CityMD has been sending me a **** for February of 2020 for over a year. I have attempted calling them this entire time and have been left waiting on hold for over two hours each time. I was able to speak to an agent, once. I have emailed numerous times. No one ever contacts me back.The date of which they are trying to collect money for, I was not even in the same state and I have the proof of travel showing that I was elsewhere that entire week. Which I can easily provide. I also did not live in that area nor had I ever been to that location until months later. When I spoke to the agent, they told me not to worry about it and I could ignore any future bills if they came. This call was recorded with him saying this. I have received a new **** every month since demanding money for a visit that literally never happened. It wasnt even possible. They do not answer their phone and they do not respond to your inquiries. I do not want to have to resort to legal action.

      I visited the CityMD at ************ in ******** a couple of weeks ago for urgent care services. Their website states that CityMD in ******** accepts ******** (specifically ***********). I double-checked with the employee at the front desk and he confirmed that they accept ********. When handed an acknowledgment form that they don't accept my insurance, the employee told me that I just need to sign it as a formality, but that my insurance company would receive the **** and be charged. Now I'm being billed $200 for my visit. I've called CityMD several times but they continue to tell me that they've never accepted ********, despite it being listed on the website as accepted insurance. Both their website and employee were misleading in their claims.

      CityMD billed 2 COVID tests as physician office visit and new doctors visit 45+ mins. None of these visits were a physician visit but simply COVID testing. Because of their billing code, I am now reported to own them almost $600! The only 45 mins spent was the waiting time to get the testing done, once the patients goes in for the testing, it does not even takes 15 mins! I contacted the office, I called them and provided the cases plus instructions from my insurance, and still nothing has been done. It is a common issue it seems with this company to send claims with incorrect billing codes to charge patients more money than needed. This happened 8/01 and 8/11. I demand for the business to correct their mistakes and adjust the billing ASAP.
