I paid my bill but they keep saying I didnt have the receipt and its in my bank statement. Plus its coming from an office in ********** while I was seen in ***. I visited this location once, received service and was told they would bill my insurance. Months later I received a call that they had an issue with the insurance and needed me to verify. I gave the information requested and thought it was resolved, never heard from them again.Fast forward ONE YEAR LATER, I receive a letter in the mail from a collection agency. This is just ridiculous. They never once sent a bill or attempted to contact me in any way. I tried calling and emailing their billing department and was never able to reach anyone. I will not be dealing with this company ever again. I'm happy to pay a bill if I owe money and if I am sent an invoice detailing the charges but I have received no such information and worse, no communication at all when I reached out. The doctors were excellentknowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. The entire staff was wonderful, providing top-notch service and making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism and warmth. I highly recommend Medrite Urgent Care for anyone in need of urgent medical attention. I have used Medrite a long time. They told me at consultation I did not have to pay anything per my insurance. I have NEVER received a bill in the mail from them and I have now a year later received a letter from a DEBT COLLECTOR for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is beyond unethical and unnacceptable. I would have paid this $160 ******************* time ago if I had ever received it. My credit score will be severely affected. And I'm aware I can write the credit bureau but that in most cases doesn't resolve anything.Review from Cassie E

Went to the Medrite Urgent Care today in ******, ** because I had a wicked case of the flu or possibly a virus. I currently don't have health insurance and they wanted to charge me a ridiculous sum of $225.00 for the visit. When I told them I was was unemployed & didn't have health insurance I asked if they could bill me. The woman behind the desk called her supervisor who told me they can't treat me unless I pay them the $225.00 first! This is illegal in *** not to mention unbelievably bad medical treatment and obviously they don't care about their patients first! I will never go there again. I want to a better urgent care which has no issue billing me for treatment. DO NOT support a medical facility that treats their walk ins like cash cows! Disgusting.Review from Dionne M

IVE BEEN THERE A FEW TIMES AND EVERYTIME WAS A DISASTER IT STARTED WITH THE ***** DESK WORKER ****** FROM THEN EVERYTIME I RETURNED IT GOT WORSE YESTERDAY WAS IT I HAD TO CALL THE **** ON THEM I BELIEVE THEY DONT LIKE ******* INSURANCE BECAUSE THEIR SO NASTY TO YOU THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ******* WHO WORKS IN THE BACK IT ****** DISRESPECTFUL SHE ACCUSED ME OF BEIN RACIST BECAUSE HE COWORKER ASKED ME WAS I AMERICAN I ASKED HER WAS SHE AMERICAN SHE FLIPPED IT AROUND AND ACCUSED ME OF BEIN RACIST ITS WEIRD IN THERE ILL NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK NEVER EVER AGAIN I DONT CAREReview from Muriel R

I paid MEDRITE in Springfield, **. the sum of $125.00 to get a fast COVID test. The test results came back INSUFFICIENT because their employee failed to collect a sufficient sample. When I asked how the problem could be remedied they told me to take another test and pay another $125.00! How often do they do this? How much money are they making off these INSUFFICIENT test results! What incentive do they have to get it right the first time!! I need them investigated!
