    This was a subscription for a dietary supplement. The subscription was canceled July 3, 2023, which was acknowledged by email by the seller. Without authorization or order by me the seller shipped again in October. Upon my complaint they acknowledged the error and agreed to refund my payment ($47.58) but only refunded $41.98 on Oct. 24. They repeatedly claim that their original charge was only $41.98 and have stonewalled refunding the balance of $5.60.

    At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Anza Nutraceuticals Inc. has been resolved. ****** credited my account after receiving my complaint and filing with the BBB. Thank you BBB
