I purchased a watch through this company on 10/23/23 and have already sent it in twice for repair servicing.The first time to repair the arms on the watch which took several weeks longer than advised because they had to order parts which they never advised to me. I had to follow up with them to determine what the hold up was and when it would be sent back.The second time there were several issues with the watch which the company is stating was my fault due to mishandling. When I received the watch back after the first repair, I was unable to adjust the date and it was still not fully working correctly. I requested to speak with a supervisor that never called me back even after having summited several requests through there portal. After I called them back I spoke to a supervisor that was very rude, keep over talking me like whatever I had to say was unimportant.I will not buy a watch from Raymond Weil ever again and I will make sure that the next watch I buy has a physical location in my state so when issues like this occur there will be a place I can go for repairs. I expected more from this company but received bad customer service since I purchased the **********************. So much for luxury brands.
