    I believe that they ordered the wrong size wedding dress for me. I now will not be wearing this dress for my wedding and had to buy a new one. The shop wont take the dress back, however I think they are at fault for assessing and choosing the wrong size for my measurements. You can even see in the picture attached - the rippling, to show that it is too tight. There was very minimal room to even take the dress out if I wanted to. I would like them to accept the dress back and compensate me. I dont except 100% refund

    Hello,

    ************************** ordered a made to order gown with us in September of 2023. At that time she signed off on the measurements that were taken by her stylist and agreed to the size that was ordered. I have attached photos of *********** at her pickup as well as her pickup form. *********** agreed with her piece closing out her contract when she picked up her gown and signed it out from us. 

    *********** had voiced concerns after taking home, our policy is once the gown is signed out we hold no responsibility as it is not in our possession. This is for many reasons, weight loss or gain, spills, theft, etc. As a company we did offer *********** the courtesy of taking the dress out so that she was more comfortable. That is all we are able to offer. 

     

    On a separate note, *************** fit is our ideal fit. It is hard to imagine a clients gown coming in and fitting better. It has been shocking to see that she clearly doesn't like or has changed her mind on the order however that is not the fault of the Brand or this Business.
