    On June 1st 2023, I ordered an online off the shoulder Draped Wrap Maxi dress with pocket at The Dessy Group:**************************************************************************************** Tel ************ The delivery was for July as I needed it in July. My Credit card was charged $236 for the dress, plus taxes and shipping, total $263.35.I checked the order yesterday, and on the Dessy Group web page, when I opened my cart and saw my order, the delivery date of the order was updated for the first week of September. I immediately emailed the company explaining this new delivery date and requesting a cancellation of the order, because I do not need it in September, and I requested a credit back on my credit card.The company representative emailed me, telling me that she cannot find the new delivery date on my order, and I responded and explained that the delivery date schedule I saw for September 1 was found when I opened my cart with the order of the dress from June 1st. on the Dessy Group site. I reiterated that I wanted a cancelation of the order and a credit on my credit card. I noticed that my order does not show on the cart any longer, and I believe it was removed so it does not show the late delivery date by September 1. The representative said that because the order is a special one, the company will deduct 25% from the original price as a fee. This is an unacceptable business practice! I have to look somewhere else for a dress, and I do not want to receive the dress and return it through the mail. I want to cancel the order.It is not my fault that the dress will be delivered in September and not in July as it was originally promised. I do not need it in September, and because it is not my fault, I would like to report The Dessy Group to BBB, and I request a full refund in the amount of $263.35 that I am charged on my credit card.
