    Rated 1 out of 5 stars I have been with this company for ** have been with this company for a total of 60 days for sormorelin therapy the first order went through flawlessly. Its too soon to tell if the product is good or bad I placed a second order they charged me $428.69, which is the agreed rate for a 5 mL vile they charge me on 21 February. I never got a confirmation email. I reached out to a customer service *** name, ******* she promptly got back to me and said that my order is being processed and I would receive a tracking number and the whole process should take 5 to 7 business days completely acceptable. I waited eight days and then reached out to her. She completely spaced out and told me if I need a second vile to place an order I forwarded her the email that she sent me a week prior saying the product had been processed and shipped out and I would receive a tracking number which I never did. I sent her a screenshot of my bank statement where **** had charged me the $428. She has not ***lied. My last correspondence was today. I told her that I will have my attorney take legal action and go to the Better Business Bureau and Ill make it my mission in life ***orting terrible reviews about this company/Pharmacy. This is completely unacceptable. I provided my order number. How can she not know the status of an order that they charge me almost $500 for I have not heard anything yet. I told them they have two business days by end of business Tuesday. I will take legal action. I will ***ort the payment as fraudulent to my financial institution so I will be refunded they will be blacklisted, and we will take legal action against them for fraudulent practices. We will also ***ort them to the BBB this is completely in total unacceptable behavior. I want to know the status of my order. I will continue to leave terrible reviews all over the Internet until somebody gets back to me and makes the situation right and delivers me the product that I was already charged

    One of the worst interactions I've had with the company in a very long time paid for a product it was not delivered I have ring footage that shows no packages were delivered as well as have followed every step that this company has asked me to take and it still is something else every time I followed that step I don't even want the product shipped back to me I want the money that I have spent and I will take my business elsewhere and they're refusing to do so I definitely understand now why they have next to nothing low prices because you will not get anything for money you've spent you guys ought to be ashamed of yourself

    worst company ever...they never respond! you can't reset your password, the system willl send you in all kinds of circles....it is really one of the worst Groupon deals i have ever used!! it is a scam do not do not use this company if you are interested in GL-P injections......scam scam scam!! it's not even worth 1 star!!

    Terrible customer service practices! They entice you with rewards, so youll order again at a discounted price. However, they charge you the original price on your credit card, and then accuse you of not applying the reward. I called, texted and emailed them to pause my account until the correct charge was made. Instead they sent the product anyway and refused to send me the overage amount. To top it off, my account now states reactivate account. I want everyone to be aware that my account will never be reactivated nor do I trust this company.I have pictures, text and emails to share.

    They dont even deserve one star. I purchased this through *******. Never received my product so Groupon refunded me the code I bought. The company continued to charge me over $400 and I never received it!! I tried to reach out and after multiple emails they just wouldnt respond or refused to solve the situation. Please for the love of god DO NOT purchase this!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

    Paused my subscription and did not fill out the refill order form and they still processed the order despite the pause that was in place.

    Scam. They lure you in with reward incentives and load you up with them. Let you apply them all to your next order (which is ridiculously priced to begin with) and then without notice or any sort of reason just take them away. If you dont constantly check your account they will end up charging you more that you thought. When I reached out to them the exact response I got was As per our guidelines, bmiMD reserves the right to change the number of bmiRewards earned per program or transaction at any time without notice. Essentially they will charge you unauthorized amounts and basically give you the middle finger after. Super despicable marketing and customer service. Its unfortunate cause the the product works but the way this company operates is disgraceful.
