    I had done this program about 1-2 years ago and the current program is terrible. Customer support is a joke and gives robot answers, unable to reach an actual live person. Stated medicine is 25 or less and gave me a price of almost 700. Complete waste of money and take no accountability for their actions, just take your money and hide. 0/10 recommendations.

    1-Virtually no customer service. All chat bot. 2- Estimated 10 days to obtain weight loss meds approval. 3- Substandard app. 4- waste of time and money.

    Zero rating actually. DO NOT JOIN! Nightmare to try to reach anyone. I have been calling and emailing for many months without response to cancel. I never had a consult, labs, or meds by choice and waited as needed to cancel but they continually charge me for over a year! You can only leave a message and they dont answer e-mails or calls. Disputing charges, filing a BBB complaint today, utilizing the fraud department at *** also. Now taking to social media to warn others. ******!

    Please stay FAR away. I was with this company for three years, but they are incredibly inconsistent. They are very slow to respond to the support chat and you cannot talk to a live person on the phone (always a voicemail.) I requested a refill on the 23rd of Nov and to this day still have not received this. I have been out of medication for weeks! They sent lab orders three times to a lab I don’t even use even though I’d had labs drawn and faxed to them. After three weeks of no response I requested to cancel and get a refund for the 129 charged that day and they refused because I did not request this 7 days before the charge when they weren’t responding to messages anyway! They did offer me a free month, but what is the point of another month with no support! This company is shady, poorly run and honestly a waste of your hard earned money. They even admitted to me that “you deserve better.”

    Ive only been a part of the program for a little over two months and it started off really positively. Ive finished my first month of prescriptions and it has been working well. Unfortunately this last week has been incredibly difficult. I need my refill and dosage change for my prescription and I have had no response back. I need to take my next dosage in a couple of days and I have no idea if its even coming. I feel VERY uncomfortable starting a new drug and not being able to properly continue taking it on time. Im worried how my body will respond to the abrupt end. Its honestly frightening how little care is taken to make sure your customers are taken care of, especially involving drugs.

    Year 1 was amazing, year 2 has been a joke. Poor customer service, poor turn around time for resolving issues like review of lab, prescription assistance, etcNo way to reach anyone by phone. The app is terrible. Feel like I have them the money for year 2 and got literally nothing in return. Honesty, just glad its almost over.

    Same as everyone else - this should be robbery. They want to keep charging you for a service they do not perform. I was back and forth through the stupid app to get my prescription refilled and it was back and forth for months until I finally gave up and stopped the automatic payments through affirm. They finally contacted when they stopped getting the money. There is NO one to call. Now I am back and forth w affirm even though I have disputed the charges and sent documentation. I should be a class action lawsuit.

    Support is horrible. Impossible to get a human. It takes a month plus to get prescription help. I am 40 days waiting for them to contact my new insurance for approval with zero activity. I have had this experience multiple times now where support issues go on for weeks and when related to getting a medication it is a big issue. Go with weight watchers or a company that can actually provide support

    BEWARE DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY. Every review on this site is correct. They are unresponsive, no follow through, you cannot contact them. If you send them an email on their app they take a very long time to respond. They have no problem taking your money up front without providing any service. I have been with them for 8 months, I have seen the doctor virtually only once. I have lost only 20 lbs. I have had medication lapses four time due to them not following up with the pharmacy. It's a constant battle for customer service, The only contact you have is with your 15 minute biweekly weight loss coach. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY .... RUN!

    I just finished my year long commitment with Calibrate & not only did I not lose any weight, but overall had a terrible experience with the program, communications, app, and customer support. Communication and coordination were terrible. I reached out at the end of my program to request the money back guarantee, as I lost 3% of weight versus the 10% that was promised in the program & through the money back guarantee. I did not log in the app on average 5/week as a part of the program because the app changed halfway through my program and I had 3 months of usability issues with the app. I met with their coaches every 2 weeks, I expressed my concerns with my lack of progress and my issues with the app/not being able to track in the app. I was very communicative with my issues throughout. I am now being told I do not qualify for the money back guarantee as I didn't meet the tracking requirement, even though it was an app/internal company issue that I didn't track not my own fault. I cannot go into THEIR system to fix the app problems that prevented me from tracking. I did all the other items for the whole year, followed the learning, did the medication, the coaching, the lifestyle change, etc. I am not sure why I am being held accountable for a money back guarantee that was disrupted by the company's change of ************** issues. I was even told by my coaches that I was not the only person experiencing the issues with the revamped app, that they whole program hinges on. The customer service throughout the program was less than helpful & especially now that I am finished with the program, I keep getting the same copy & past answer to all my concerns and issues. TERRIBLE COMPANY ALL AROUND. I would not recommend this program or company to anyone!
