      On April 4th, May 8th, and June 29th, I made three separate purchases totaling $980, $1,350, and $326.25, respectively. The products I received were significantly past their expiration dates and pose a serious risk to my skin and overall health. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with the business owner, they have refused to either provide the services I paid for or issue a refund. The business did not try to resolve the problem.
