    I used this for weight loss for a couple months. The PA are called the Doctors which I always corrected them. I paid a fee to start - had two calls before I could get my RX - paid for both those calls day of visit. All this was early 2023. I stopped with them due to poor service / communication and just lack of trust in who and what they were. I called and canceled with them. In JULY 2024 almost ****************************************************** again for those two telemedicine calls. I have call 4 times and sent several emails to get my money back and yet here I am with not one answer. They are a total scam and should never take money 18 months after canceling with them. I still want answers.

    Next medical has charged me $1380.00 since June. I never signed up for this and I have never received medication nor medical advice from anyone. Unfortunately, I didnt notice the charges until now because it was on my HSA card and I tried to use my card and it got declined for an upcoming surgery. I only have $30 in my account due to this companies fraudulent charges. I tried calling the number and no one answers. I want answers and my money back now. I never signed or filled out the intake information so they never sent me any product. This is a horrible situation and I want it rectified.

    Unprofessional behavior from employees. Someone had called and we had talked and set up a time to call again for April 5, 2024. Waited for a long time at the phone, even called the number back and was put on hold for almost an hour. I've been getting calls this morning and answered one around 9:10 am. This caller, ****, said I had an application and when I told him I didn't want to work with this company on account of their unprofessional behavior he claimed the company had never called me and then tried to sign me up again. When I again told him I would not like to work with him, he said "*******, bruh." And hung up. Very rude. Very frustrating to deal with this company and their constant calls which are still rolling in. They're also calling using burner numbers from my state so it was harder to determine that they're not even in my time zone. All around, this does not seem trustworthy.

    After 1 year of good services they charged my credit card 4 times for the month of March, never delivered the medication a total of $681, then I kept receiving emails in March saying my subscription was cancelled supposedly for lack of payment , what? no response to multiple emails or calls. Messages saying is out of service hours even when calls or emails are during working hours. They charge and dont deliver the services. I no longer want to deal with Nextmed just my money back please.

    Is this a legit company? Is Nextmed a legit company? I mean, the websites always changing- the service is never there, I haven't used them in months and yet they are still charging me AFTER contacting them via email to cancel my membership and they respond with "Please say go ahead and cancel membership and agree to cancel membership" I did that, and then boom I got $145 membership charge pulled from my account today. This all feels very scam-like, I have been on hold with them for over an entire hour. They are the biggest scam I think I have fallen for ever, I need a refund. This is terrible service throughout.

    Ive placed my medication order over 20 days ago and havent received my medicine or any sort of notification about it and have now missed several doses Ive been on hold over 3 hours on the phone being 3rd in line

    Stay away from this company at all costs. It is a downright scam, if not directly, indirectly because of horrendous service. They use a pharmacy in ***** called ***********************; which I am not sure even exists. I have tried to call both parties (NextMed and Nova) for two months. The only time I got either on the phone they just pointed the finger to each other. If you look into it there are complaints than happy ones on on BBB or even Reddit; yes they have a whole Reddit page dedicated to them. After not receiving my medication and pre-paying $290.00 for two months, I emailed and they told me I would get the next month free. How are they going to give me a month free, when they cannot even get me medication for the month I paid for? Also, given Semaglutide is time sensitive with dosing and regularity, how do they expect you can stay consistent. I would call it borderline dangerous and harmful by a Medical Provider. I have filed a complaint with the *** and been in touch with them intimately on how the investigation is proceeding. As well, I filed a complaint with the New York Medical board, the state they operate in; as well, with the ******** Medical Board. In short; stay away. There are so many other extremely transparent and reputable medication based weight loss providers to go through these days. NextMed is dangerous to your health and operating a high level scam.

    The company states free membership for 30 days, once I signed up they automatically took $267.00 USD out of my account. I immediately asked for a refund. There response was , "We need to first cancel the prescription with the pharmacy." That is an internal issue, or an excuse to not give me my refund immediately. Please DO NOT DO any business with this company. They are a fraudulent company. I will probably never see the money again.

    I would like to share my experience with NextMed, or Southern Health Solutions, Inc. I have had zero issues with the medical providers. I have received my prescriptions, the providers are professional and knowledgeable. However, the **************** team leaves a lot to be desired. You cannot accomplish any task through the "website" or in an email. It always must be in an email. Also, when they call you, they acknowledge that the call went to voicemail or the phone was unattended. Not everyone has the luxury of being able to work and have their personal phone on them. I have personally requested to cancel my membership three times. I am told each time I need to settle failed payments. I have paid every single invoice provided by ******** HEALTHCARE PARTNERS, who appears to be in partnership with them. When I ask for the failed payment invoices, I am told, "In regards to your concern, we already send an invoice to your email. If you are having a hard time to see it, kindly check your spam mail or junk mail." I have done so multiple times and keep requesting information before I pay more.
