    Company sent an item that is defective or does not work. After contacting customer service about said item they informed me they would get a new one sent out in the mail. After multiple e mails and about a month later they said that they were getting a tracking number for me. I waited about a month and never received the tracking number nor the new item. I have tried contacting them since then and have heard nothing from them. I am no longer able to return the item to the store as it is past the refund date because I have been waiting on the company to fix this. They essentially sold me a non working item and are refusing to refund me or give me a new item. Also, the address given does not look like an actual address.

    Please note, that we received ********************** complaint and completely agreed to ship her a replacement but unfortunately, due to receiving merchandise from overseas as you can attest to from various news reports, it took us longer than usual to receive just a small fraction of a shipment. Unfortunately, since she did not purchase the item directly from us, we're unable to give her a refund, but we will ship the replacement item to her this week. Her tracking number will be available by Tuesday 6/21 or Wednesday 6/22. Sorry once again for any delay and inconvenience caused to ************************ and her family

    Better Business Bureau:
    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint,and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: After stating they would provide me with a tracking number by the 21st or 22nd of June they have still refused to do so and it is now the 26th. They have also refused to communicate with me at all in regards to this complaint.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I have received a working toy in the mail today June 27th. Thank you for your help in this matter.
