      I purchased a Thinx product at CVS, which ended up irritating my skin tremendously, landing me at a doctors office. I was advised by my doctor to stop using the product. I requested a refund within company mandated timeframe, provided my receipt, and reason for my request. The only follow up I ever got was a list of invasive questions. I answered those I felt comfortable with. After that I have not heard back from the company, despite following up 3 separate times. I would like my refund please, with no further invasive questions.

      I have requested a refund for the underwear I purchased. I was not made aware of the lawsuit that the company had been part of concerning their products. Once I found out that their products are not safe, I requested a refund. However, I have not received a response. My initial order was #*******. I exchanged them for a smaller size when they arrived and have not used any of the products. While my exchange was being processed, someone alerted me to the lawsuit the company was involved in but it was too late to cancel the order.I received the new size but I still cannot get a refund for them. I have left them unopened and unused because of my concerns with the health issue with the products. I would like a full refund of my original purchase. I am willing to send the products back to the company unopened and unused.

      I ordered product from this company without receiving my shipment and I have a serious issue with this. I initially ordered on November 7th for $51.00, our credit card company called suspicion of fraudulent activity the next day on the same amount (an international charge) that I confirmed. I wasnt aware that the company was international based (I even googled to research the company, but they are in NY) We never received the shipment, nor did I receive an email confirmation of purchase. My credit card showed the transaction was already posted on November 7th for $51.00 by *****. I contacted the company without any phone call or email back for a week. There isnt a way to actually speak to a person at the customer service number; youre required to email only. When someone finally did respond via email, they could not find my order and requested more info such as my credit card number, name, email and address. I gave them all but my cc number knowing very well what just happened; a scam. I spoke to two different people via email, ************************* and ************************ B request a screen shot of my cc statement and I only gave her a screen shot of the posted charge of $51.00. The company name on the charge was suspiciously named SPINX instead of THINX, which ***** decided to go off of by stating I had the wrong company. She kept asking for further clarification of the order which I obviously didnt have; I never received their email confirmation of my purchase. They both apologized many times but couldnt help further. Ive been scammed and I am not happy. They knew exactly what the did. My card was charged $51 for a product I never received. I would appreciate that something be done with this issue. A refund is wanted but they have made it clear I wont be receiving one.

      I received an email from Thinx Teen on Saturday 11/26/22 that stated "Thinx Teens Cyber Sale 50% off". I went to the site, added 3 items to my cart, saw a banner at the top of the screen that said the discount would be applied at checkout. I never received a discount and checked out at the full price. It was a holiday weekend and the company was closed, so I submitted an email and received a response today 11/28/22. The email stated the running sale was only for items listed on the Thinx and Speax sale pages and the Teen line was not included. I responded with a screen shot of the email I received that said "Thinx Teens Cyber Sale 50% off". *********, the email agent, responded by asking for a screen shot (I had already sent it). I sent it AGAIN, and ********* responded "Thanks for the information we will be sure to flag this for a promotion team. Being the Teen line is at a discounted price we are unable to provide any further discounts on them". She then closed out the session (I know this because I quickly received a survey email after". This is extremely deceptive. The email I received CLEARLY said Thinx Teens Cyber Sale 50% off. I have the email to prove it. I am very disappointed in this company and their deceptive marketing, and will not be doing business with them again until this is resolved.
